AUÁ Hospedagens

The AUÁ Hospedagens app is for owners who trust us to manage their property in Maceió, Brazil. Everything that happens with your home in one place — as clear as the owner portal, now in your pocket. YOUR MONTH AT A GLANCE Right on opening: what the property earned this month, who is staying now, upcoming arrivals and notes from your manager. A STATEMENT YOU CAN READ Nightly rates, platform fees, cleaning, commission and expenses, line by line, down to your payout. Month by month or the whole year, with occupancy and average daily rate.
