This app used to work but the past few months all it says is “sorry there was a problem connecting to the pharmacy. Please ensure you’re connected and try again.” I started using this because it made it easier than going to the
pharmacy but I’m probably going to go back Walmart since their app consistently works

Why is it so hard for this app developers to update the app and make it work
Scan Bottle No Longer Works
The Scan Bottle option won’t work with the latest iPhone camera. The camera won’t focus on the barcode. Everything I have read suggests the app needs an update to work correctly. I really depend on the app. I would like to see it working again.

Unhappy
This app used to work and was very convenient, but it hasn’t worked for a long time. Every time I ask about it at the pharmacy I always get the same response, “They are working on it.” Well it’s been a long time for “they” to be working on it.
Worst app I’ve ever used
Not only will it not log in, it doesn’t display correctly, and freezes every time I used it. I can’t even get to my med list. I only tried because their website is also not working and I avoid calling the pharmacy at all costs. I’m trying to support a local small-town pharmacy but jeez guys….
Not helpful
This app is so messed up. Please review this and make it useable. I type and nothing shows up on my end. Not sure you are getting it or not.
Terrible app
This is the worst app I’ve ever used. It won’t scan, if I call and leave a message my prescription doesn’t get filled. I love the personal service I get when I go in but communication remotely is terrible.
Not good
Every time we use the app and wait for call on prescriptions we have to call the pharmacy only to find out they have no record the prescriptions being sent in. So we go over them on the phone again. If they need to fax a busy doctors office then it’s another week. When we inquired about the app no one seemed to know anything about it. With something g as important as prescriptions you would think they could get the bugs worked out of it. Someone’s life could depend on it! Very sad.

Not functional last 3 months
Screens are garbaged at least the last three months making it impossible to use. Asked pharmacy to check into the problem, but they either didn’t know who to contact or they got no response. Seems like there is no support at all.

Absolute garbage
App never works. Always fails trying to log in. Fails when trying to refill a prescription. App is outdated. It visually looks like it was developed for the iPhone 3G. You have to call the pharmacy just to do anything. If you want to look at prescription history, get refills, or anything else, pick a different pharmacy.
