Not good enough
Provides very basic capabilities but not enough to guide my daily finances; also so very outdated design

I’ve been at Auburn Bank for 40 years. This app is nothing but trouble! Even two months I have to call because there a glitch and I can’t login. Thinking hard about changing banks!
Not worth $10 a month
Every time you try to log in it says system error. There is not enough features on this app to make paying $10 a month for online worth it.
Garbage
Decent bank with a garbage app. The app literally doesn’t work it seems from 7pm to 7am. This is ridiculous… about to switch banks just because of the app.
Good enough
Nothing special about this app but allows you to remote deposit, transfer, and more so good convenience.

For a small local bank it’s a really polished app. Thumbprint detection is great. Very simple to check balance and recent transactions
new update crashes and is unusable
auburn bank always finds a way to become a complete burden and annoyance.

Great
For a small local bank this is an excellent app. Never had a problem with it for the past 3 years.
