Misleading Items on Auction
I had the nasty experience of twice bidding and winning an auction, only to be shown a far cheaper and different item when I went in store to inspect and pick up. What a waste of anxiety, time, effort and inconvenience.
Aucor need to employ more competent staff who can advertise products correctly.

App can’t sort by price
They blocked me
I dont know why am blovked from purchase whereas i have made my payments

It's okay but riddled with bugs and laggy
Does it's job as the app for bidding. However very long load times, many bugs.

Auctions Disappear
I have participated in two auctions that have since disappeared from the past auctions list. I wonder what Aucor is hiding as some of the auctions are still on the past auctions list. Today, 25 March I participated in a car auctions which has since disappeared. In the past 2 weeks I participated in a solar geyser auction that has also disappeared.

Biased bidding
If it was possible I’d give them a 0
The biggest challenge is getting invoices on time
Then the item is not as described and yet they cower behind you should have inspected the item before bidding.

I should drive to PE to inspect if the item is as they described
Then if you raise it the arrogant crew blocks you from bidding in the future
Not mention the rigged bidding of when and if they don’t want someone or other bidders to win a certain where it would be ended but you were following the bids and it just ends
Which defies the purpose of bidding
If it has no starting
And even if it ends on the starting price
This does not mean it must manipulated for future bidding as you please.
Your refund and return options are the pits
It’s as if you know that black people are their ranging customers and they know one ticket away from bidding regulations which protects them but makes it lengthy for you to actually win which is impossible because they would have banned your account from any future bidding.
I would recommend to bid at your own risk

Registrations to bid.
All my registrations keep pending for sometime until bidding start and end.
Disappointment
I bid an iphone7 sealed one I thought sealed means brand new but I got shocked to see inside the box it’s a used iPhone 7 with marks
Terrible Update
The update to the app is terrible. You can’t even see the writing to login.
Not allowing me to bid
It tells me i need to get approval and to contact them but when i try to call it says number doesn’t exist… thats so frustrating
Register to Bid
It takes forever to register to bid online. Literally days & sometimes the Auction closes.

Lack of professionalism
Durban Aucor gave me the same side shoes after them dragging their feet to share dimensions so courier can pick up! Cape Town aucor cancelled my purchase after sending POP and took 3months to refund me. They were quick to want to blame me for it and I had to take them back to the email trail.

Latest version
There is something wrong with the latest version of the app. It kicks you out if you want to open an item.
Functionality
The app closes when trying to click on a product after the recent update.
App crashing
After the app was updated. When I’m trying to bid, the app crashes. There was nothing wrong with the app before the update. Plz resolve a messed up update
