Excessive commercials
Good app but the commercials are excessive and repetitive sometimes in the same break. Makes in unlistenable.
Barely works
Constant issues on playback. Pausing causes the time to jump chapters. The UI is absolute garbage. Humans use the app, not robots. A Resume Playback button should be more than 3 pixels.
An absolute joke
I’ve written about 10 reviews now over the course of 2 years for this app. If this app would actually work the way it’s supposed to, it would be decent. The only thing is, the people who work there are completely brain dead morons and can’t figure out how to fix bugs in the app. It’s 2026 and these idiots can’t figure out how to have audio play without it skipping forward and backward. I’ve sent MULTIPLE help tickets and have sent VIDEOS WITH AUDIO that show exactly the problem that’s been happening for 2+ years and these fools haven’t fixed it. You people should be ashamed of yourselves for doing a disservice to the people who provide you with content so that you can just play an ad that skips back 10 minutes just to replay again because it makes you money. It’s absolutely awful how you people operate.

Used to work great
Loved this app and have used it for years to listen to my favorite sports radio shows because I can never catch them live.
But with one of the most recent updates, it has broken the app where if you try to skip forward or backward or even scrub through, it will just keep jumping back to the beginning and restarting whatever you were listening to. It is extremely annoying to the point that I don’t even use the app right now until it gets fixed.

Needs accessibility improvements for voiceover users, and needs a fix for an ongoing playback issue
I love the Audacy app. While it is not perfect as far as accessibility is concerned and could use some updates in that field for us blind users, using voiceover, overall, I’m able to use the app. Other than accessibility improvements, the only thing that I would like to see fixed, which when it is I’ll go back and give this app a five star rating, is this ongoing playback issue I’ve had with rewind since September of last year. Whenever I start to play a segment, with any rewind enabled station, it does not start the playback from the beginning. The content is not missing, it is there. To get to it however, you have to hit the rewind 15 seconds button, and then it will go back to the beginning. But the playback, for some reason, does not start from that point, as it should, and this has been going on for quite some time. It was either introduced in version 2025.8.27, or 2025.9.0, and remains an issue as of this review.

No one can help
I have called three times and left messages but no one ever calls back. When I stop the feed and restart it backs up to beginning of show or 15 to 40 minutes and repeat over and over. It use to be good but if I need to advance or backup it will jump back a lot and repeat what I have heard.
Bad ads!
Forcing someone to hear the same commercial when we start using the program each time is no acceptable. Deleted the program today as you already make money from normal commercials and double dipping is not allowed!
Random skipping not fixed
you stated that the recent iOS update was fixed and it certainly was not. Anytime you try and listen to a show it randomly starts skipping around back to the same point. Super frustrating and annoying.
No good
I downloaded this App to listen to NY Mets games. No matter where they are playing, they block it out bc of supposedly league restrictions. It’s BS.
Feed Highjacking
Nearly every time I select play, Audacy highjacks my chosen station’s feed forcing me to listen to whatever commercials they’ve decided to shove down our throats, regardless of whether or not the station is live or not. I’ve confirmed this by immediately stopping play, then resuming play. The vast majority of times I do this, I find the station is actually live, meaning that Audacy regularly highjacks the feed of stations of content listeners have a RIGHT to hear. Upon addressing this issue with customer/technical support, they want my IP address to “assist” them in identifying the problem, which implies the “problem” lies only within the confines of my IP address. My issue with this is that I want this “problem” corrected/eliminated platform wide as I believe this “problem” is a tactic used by Audacy platform wide in order to nefariously increased their ad revenue on the box of consumers, free-radio-broadcast listeners!

Not target demo
I’m not the target demographic based on advertising it feeds me, or at least it sure doesn’t match the actual stations advertising that I listen to. Tired of hearing we can enable your mental deficiencies or sexual stimulants ads.
Why?
You could use this app or you could just turn your radio on. I’m currently listening to the 15th ad in a row after tuning in to my local radio station. Now I’m pretty sure they’re not playing that many ads on the air. So if you like, listening to commercials, download this app and use it.
This app keeps getting worse
Can’t replay segments. It skips randomly to different spots in a show. Can’t fast forward or rewind to a spot. If you hit the fast forward or rewind it may go forward 15 seconds like it’s supposed to or or might jump to a completely different segment.
Glitch
There is a glitch when you fast forward, it keeps going to a previous show when listening the WFAN.
Newest version: Bugged
The recent update has effectively rendered the playback interface useless. Chapter selection for radio shows and fast forward/backward feature sets the show back by 10-30 minutes immediately. Deeply bugged and inconvenient to use recently
Terrible App
It’s amazing how terrible this app really is, your supposed to be able to “rewind” 24 hours, it’s damn near impossible to find shows that are a few hours old, and when you do find them, they mysteriously fail to play, I knew when @Wgr550 switched over to this app from their own that it was going to be a mistake, sure enough, that’s the case.

Latest update ruined the app!!!
App has been working fine, then all sudden since the latest app update it’s been unusable!!! When trying to select a specific segment to listen too it just keeps skipping to the previous segment over and over again!!
Fix your app
I don’t know if you need better satellites or what but ever since ce you covered all of Michigan your connection has gone severely downhill. Used to love this app because I could listen to my favorite radio station all day and now I can’t even walk five feet without you connection dropping. And no it’s not because I’m losing internet connection because all my other apps are working just fine.
