This app is absolutely horrible! I listened to it every day for the past two years just for WFAN, New York, and I am not going to use this anymore after today until this app gets fixed. It HOPS from segment to segment, it SKIPS through entirely different show, and if it doesn’t get fixed soon I’m going to JUMP ship.

Navigation is terrible. Interface is terrible. The app doesn’t keep your spot. If you close it out it’ll restart the whole show or whatever you’re watching.
Update sucks
This app sucks now. Shows constantly skip ahead or go back to a show I was never listening to if paused. This app used to be pretty good, now it flat out sucks

Love I can listen to WAAF still, but I wish it showed the song and artist!

This app is so bad. Even after an update it still reverts back to a show I was never listening to after I pause what I was listening to for 5 minutes. Get it together audacy. Absolute garbage

Crashes, jumps all over the place in time in the stream without reason.
So aggravating. Stopped using it years ago because of these issues Just tried it out again for a week and I want to pull my hair out and scream.
Not a fan
Update: somehow this app has gotten worse over the years. It will randomly switch programs on me when I unpause, it won’t let me fast forward without completely changing the segment on, as well as a bunch of other issues. Terrible app and I’m going to find a different solution to take its place.
Downloaded the app and made an account. Next time I went to use it, it didn’t register my account so I had to remake it. Go to use it again and I can’t get it to sign me in unless I use Facebook, which I don’t have. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, still can’t get the submit button to work so I can listen. Super annoying so I’m deleting and finding something else.

Update sucks
Last update has ruined everything about this app. Does not remember your place when listening to a stream. Will not resume after playing audio or video in another app. Simple things that should work functionally on any basic app.
Disconnects
What is the deal with the disconnects? I will have 3-4 bars of cell reception yet playback will randomly stop. From there it may or may not auto-reconnect and if it doesn't I have to close the app. Then I have to sit through an ad. Sometimes this happens 2-3 times in a row, play, disconnect, close app, restart playback, ad, disconnect, close app, restart playback, ad. When it finally stabilizes for a time it will skip to live after it continued for 20-30 seconds where it cut out. This has been an issue for over a year since I downloaded the app

So Sick of Audacy’s Nonsense
I’m outting myself as a conservative up front so that all the “tolerant” left can stop reading and not be subjected to an opinion that’s different than their own.
I can’t count the number of times I’ve tried to open one of the shows and/or podcasts I listen to only not be able to find it. This includes podcasts that I’m
subscribed to. I can type in the exact name of the show or station and I still have to scroll through a seemingly endless list of stations or shows with similar — and sometimes, not so similar — names or call numbers. Several times, podcasts were unavailable to me through your platform on the day of their release. In the next day or two, I find out that there was indeed a podcast posted but it was unavailable to listeners. Given the mostly glowing reviews I read of your app, I don’t think it’s a situation that most listeners experience. The hosts of these podcasts often mention after the fact that for some unknown reason or glitch, a show wasn’t posted. I’d like to think that it happens to shows and stations that are left-leaning but it’s too common an occurrence to believe that.

Streaming restarts after pausing broadcast
Been having an issue lately where the radio station I'm streaming will restart from the beginning if I've stopped listening for a few minutes. Sometimes, it'll start the previous show on the schedule when I'm trying to pick up where I left off. For example, I'm listening to WIP at 7 am and starting with the beginning of the stream at 5:57 am, if I've stopped listening for awhile, it may jump all the way back to the 4:30 am broadcast when I return.

Gotta love when you click on a segment and it plays a different one. Or when it keeps playing the intro even though you keep hitting skip

Needs accessibility improvements for voiceover users, and needs a fix for an ongoing playback issue
I love the Audacy app. While it is not perfect as far as accessibility is concerned and could use some updates in that field for us blind users, using voiceover, overall, I’m able to use the app. Other than accessibility improvements, the only thing that I would like to see fixed, which when it is I’ll go back and give this app a five star rating, is this ongoing playback issue I’ve had with rewind since September of last year. Whenever I start to play a segment, with any rewind enabled station, it does not start the playback from the beginning. The content is not missing, it is there. To get to it however, you have to hit the rewind 15 seconds button, and then it will go back to the beginning. But the playback, for some reason, does not start from that point, as it should, and this has been going on for quite some time. It was either introduced in version 2025.8.27, or 2025.9.0, and remains an issue as of this review.

Same ADs on Repeat
They can’t seem to fix the glitch of playing the same AD multiple times on repeat.
Says I’m “offline, check your connection” even though I have full bars of service/and or on WiFi
Every time I try to use the app 90% of the time I’m presented with an error message that says I’m “offline, check your connection”. I’ve used this app for years listening to sports talk to and from work. Now the past month or two it has this issue almost every time I try and use the app.
I hate this app so much
This app has always been buggy but it is now just absolutely atrocious. I cannot listen to anything in my car anymore. All the app does is jump around inside of whatever podcast or show I’m listening to. Every time I get out of the car and get back in and restart it starts the whole show over. Fix your app, this is garbage.
