Still the best headphones I’ve ever used.

Love the headphones, love the app. The app is so easy to use!

New firmware amazing

I’ve always been a fan, however the new app has taken it to a new level. Big improvements in volume and bass response. Do your ears a favour and get this product

Great stuff, hearing so much more

Brilliant headphones

This app keeps crashing

I can’t upload to Apple health it crashes all the time.

Amazing support

I bought these headphones a few years ago and have loved them. My only issue was that they were a little too loud for me as I have chronic migraines due to a csf leak. I finally got round to messaging the company for help and they had me send my headphones back to see if they could program them to be quieter. They went above and beyond to help me and I truly can’t thank the team enough. Unfortunately such stellar support isn’t common these days, but when I do come across it, it’s appreciated more than I can express. Thanks again!

Headphones

Great clarity and noise cancelling function. Transportable in a sturdy case.

Adjustments not working

When I go adjust the frequencies nothing happens at every frequency unless that means my hearing is shot.

Not great, not bad

I like the ability to personalise audio profiles, but beyond that not worth the money. Headsets are heavy with inferior noise cancellation. Definitely prefer my Bose for everyday use, although Audeara are quite comfortable for sleeping.

Cracked Pads

After 3 years of little use the ear pads are cracked, that’s disappointing though they still function well , pads seem very thin and poor quality.

Pretty decent, but my headphones broke easily.

I originally bought my Audeara headphones for around $500 because I have had severe hearing loss in my left ear my whole life. After personalising my headphones it was great and I could finally listen to music through mg left ear until the left speaker broke a couple weeks later. This meant that the only reason why I bought these headphones no longer worked. But while they did, they were great.

Absolutely amazing

I tuned these to my ear and can wear my hearing aids with them without squealing. I can’t believe all the instruments I was missing out on when I listen to music. Amazing 🤩

New sounds

I am profiling my new Audeara headphones and so far have not hesitated step by step easy as.
I am usually in a panic before the second step when I attempt the start up of any new equipment. This Audeara set up invokes confidence as you progress. Thanks Audeara.
P.s. the quality and sound are more than I expected.

Good sound for hearing impaired with reservations

Bluetooth connection from IPhone 14 corrupts sound when listening to TV. TV volume has to be turned right down to eliminate annoying echo

This app is patchy at best.

Hi,

There’s a few things I’d like to mention about the app, be it bugs ect.

1: There’s a lot of flash animations that hinder reading important information.
2: The app crashes and won’t detect my headphones despite the Bluetooth being connected and detecting my device.
3: The HUD is whack and not allowing multiple user profiles at once is just un-user-friendly.
4: Some times instructions aren’t detailed enough and need elaboration.

I think it would also help to have the user manual handy on the application to help with usage of the device. Couldn’t hurt to have multiple user profiles that you can easily switch from. Could also make it so the instructions don’t disappear as fast is it appears perhaps more thorough instructions could help with setup/management of devices.

My device it self works fantastically and it’s only the application that’s holding it all back from being perfect.

Nice concept but unusable

After $500 and probably a whole man-day wasted, because I really wanted these headphones to work, I gave up because the app freezes when trying to access audio profiles to improve listening experience, which was the original point. Followed all advice from their customer service, who at least were trying, if unsuccessfully. OnboardIng experience very poor before that fatal obstacle. Small hardware buttons on headphones unusable. Bluetooth connection to supplied TV transmitter unstable. There’s more, but that’s enough.

App doesn’t work well

Takes forever to connect to headset. And app can’t be used in mac air...

Audeara is the BEST!!!

You see, I am deaf and really this is the best thing invented.

Keep up the good work😺👌🏼

P.S My mum actually thought of the idea
Great Mum, eh?

Awesome sound, set up confusing

Managed to connect to my mobile. Awesome sound.
Connecting to laptop is confusing despite reading manuals and watching set up online.
This was purchased due to hearing issues - app doesnt even find headphones and has nothing to assist. 2 days later still trying to set up. Finding this frustrating.
Customer service was quick to get in touch. Pending an outcome.
