horrible

i got photos of my book so it could read it to me because every audio book app costs money now. It literally jumped around the text reading one part at the top the reading a couple words from the very bottom! I would rather pay $100 a month for a app but this was horrible!! don’t get this! It sounded like gibberish!😡😡

Response from developer

Thanks for the detailed feedback. Image-to-text layout can sometimes misread ordering, especially with book pages, which can lead to text being read out of sequence. We’re actively improving this to make extraction and reading more accurate and stable. If you can share an example page, we can also use it to improve the system further.

Perfeito

Eu amei esse app super prático para estudos,livros... Além disso é um dos únicos desse tipo que tem versão de voz e de entendimento em várias línguas .
Incrível ⭐️🔥

if you value ur time, 120 is a drop in the bucket.

I saw the other review claiming “$120 a year for trash” and saying they’d rather hire someone to build one. That kind of says it all, because if you think this is something you can just “hire out,” you’re not the target user.

The truth is, this product isn’t replicable unless you’ve got months to burn rebuilding the full pipeline. That’s not even counting the annotation tools, the boxed-in text system, and the workflow that actually cuts down your reading and editing time. I’ve tried the other big names that charge basically the same, Speechify, Otter, Natural Reader, and NONE of them scratch the itch. This one genuinely meets me where I’m at with precision, layout control, and raw speed. I don’t need to waste my time bouncing between apps either or search for the next shiny thing, so there’s that.

If $120 feels “enormous,” then yeah, maybe this product isn’t for you. It’s for people who move fast and know that time costs more than money.

Overpriced

They ask for like $120 per year for this trash, at that point I may as well hire someone to make a text to speech app. Do not pay a cent for this garbage, you can find it free elsewhere just do a little bit of searching to save an enormous amount of money.

Response from developer

Thanks for the feedback. Audeus includes free on-device voices that don’t require a subscription or account. The subscription is optional and unlocks AI voices and additional features across the app. If something didn’t work as expected for you, feel free to share the details so we can help and improve it.

Best out of all options

After exploring various apps, I have ended up with this one because it is the best. It is the most personalized, versatile, perfect for school and other things. I use it for textbooks, occasional stories or news; in a car, at gym, in library when taking notes, or even just at home while doing chores. Would highly recommend!
