App is terrible/crashes

CRASHES UPON OPENING!! This app is useless now if you’re already an owner. It used to be able to allow you to pay your bill in the app...no more. It seemed to have just disappeared. When I click on “schedule service” it doesn’t even load anymore. Those were the main two things I used now I can’t use either one. Please fix.

Ai for car shopping

Liked: not having to deal with dealer. Dislikes: took a bit to get the results i wanted. If you get to the “expert” part then it really has some value. Felt like a real-estate agent experience but it was free

Simple, quick way to see what’s out there

Pretty easy and comfortable way to shop. I used the ask the expert section. got real answers which was kinda surprising. Answers did not seem to be biased or “pushy”. Would like to see how it works once I’m test driving the car.
