Seriously. Thank you for this app. I am used to going to the website whenever I need music; it’s always a fast process of finding what I need. But, this app allows me to just hit play and enjoy the vast collection on my phone. What a cool idea. Nicely done.

What a broken app. These devs are ridiculous taking forever to do anything. The app STILL doesn't open and it's been since before November of 2025. Such a worthless scam just to get their already subscribed customers to give more money. I had high hopes for this and it's just an embarrassment.
A lot can happen in a lifetime
Let’s hope the developers continue to add content, and functionality — Audiio’s lifetime buy-in is a great concept — unless they force you to also purchase add-ons. I bought the lifetime pro for $199, and the app for $99, and the elements for $149. Good organizations do not milk their lifetime members, so for that, you get a solid one star. However, the customer service is quite prompt and thorough, so for that, you get another solid one star. However, if I get asked to pay for another add-on, I’m going to report this organization to the Better Business Bureau.

The app needs work. Enhanced searches don’t seem to function at all from the app. No LinkMatch AI access from the app either. What’s the point of the app if you don’t have access to all of the features you have from logging into the website?

Audiio is a fantastic app for creators on the go. I love its clean, intuitive design – it makes browsing and organizing tracks a breeze. Being able to instantly create playlists the moment inspiration hits is a game-changer for my content planning. The artist selection is top-notch and constantly expanding, so there’s always something fresh to discover. Absolute 5-star experience!

App not recognizing my purchase
I’m giving this a one star because the app is not recognizing my lifetime membership purchase. Every time I do something I get a pop-up that says I need to purchase a membership. It shows up fine if I go through the web. Fix this and I’ll update my rating. I can’t seem to find out how to even report this to you other than rating your app.

I Purchased the Lifetime Music Plan. BUT, I have limited access to this app.
I have been using Audiio for my videos for nearly three years. While I enjoy using the app, I still have limited access to it. As a result, I often download their music through a web browser.
Why don’t they give the app to their users?
Purchased the lifetime subscription and was excited for the app, but the lifetime doesn’t come with the app. Audiio team, If you want customer satisfaction, give users the app.
Not aimed for lifetime subscribers
This app doesn’t really allow you to search for music in depth unless you’re a pro subscriber which sucks…basically if you bought the lifetime subscription and you’re stoked that Audiio made an app so you can search for music on your phone I’ve got bad news…you’ll be prompted to become a pro subscriber non stop…and enhanced search doesn’t work unless you’re a pro subscriber so all you can do is listen to songs you favourited on the web version

Audiio, want your already-existing customers to have a pleasant experience with Audiio, or would you rather them be slapped across the face every 6 months with another feature that costs $100+ to use? I’ve never seen a company’s business plan like Audiio’s and I think there’s a reason why.
The solution? Give your customers the desire to share about Audiio via word of mouth. I promise it would grow many times faster. Why gatekeep an app behind a $99 fee when everyone has a phone — that’s free word of mouth marketing when individuals are using the app on their phone around potential clients. Provide all features of the app to lifetime buyers and be amazed at how much better the app’s ratings become, a happy customer base, and more sales on the site.
