Lost everything
My phone was locked so had to download app again and everyone is gone. No explanation as to how I retrieve it and no contact details. Very disappointed coz it was my fav recorder .

Error messages 80% of the time
It worked for a month then stopped. Has the same issues as there old one but this one is a lot more expensive
App Pic is gone just a black square
When this app was updated a month ago, it took away the app pic on my Home Screen. When I went to go find it, it is just a black square box with nothing on it. It used to have a green microphone?
audio memo does not work
I paid for the audio memo and it’s not working. It will not record and I don’t understand why

I am very new to this app and have come from using another app. I am visually impaired and I am finding this far more user-friendly and able to navigate and organise and learn very quickly what to do.
