Weak performance
The app is supposed to support up to 5 devices in a group, but my fifth speaker frequently drops out and when I try to add it back, I get a “fail” message. Last night, we had a dinner party and the app showed 5 speakers connected, but only one would play music. Today, I reset two speakers to factory settings and then reconnected them. One continued to show “Fail” when being added to the group, then magically appeared. At first it would not play music, then it suddenly began to play. If I continue to have these issues, I will likely write off Audio Pro and switch to Sonos.

Useless
Honestly how can speakers with the cost of these speakers have such a subpar app. I don’t even know if the speakers are also the problem but this app has such limited functionality, the speakers constantly disappear from it or have to be relinked to eachother. I got these things to have single control to play music throughout the house but instead I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall and reconnect when I was just wanting to quickly play some music.

Is this an app for Nokia Symbian? It has a terrible interface, terrible functionality, and a completely useless equalizer. It's 2026... it's both funny and makes me want to cry. The app for the Chinese LED strip, which costs $2, is better and has a clear interface with lots of settings.

Je les renvoie ce jour, j'avais acheté deux audio Pro C10 MK2, je vais acheter sonos à la place, comme tout le monde m'avait conseillé.
Impossible de connecter une deuxième Enceintes, impossible de mettre les deux enceintes en même temps. Application nul, en anglais, connection au wifi laborieux.

Was working now not
Unsure what happened but now can’t connect or set up wifi on speakers… baffled and annoyed

Easy to operate and setting for wifi speaker.. Alarm music playback is really a good feature for me

No developer support any more, but it is possible to listen to Tidal, instead of a new app version (Audio Pro), which does not support Tidal.

Such a great speaker, such a terrible app
Speaker is wonderful, but the main reason I got it was that it was both AirPlay and Chromecast once connected to WiFi. Problem is that after I connect it to WiFi it does not stay available in my AirPlay options on any of my devices. The speaker connection instructions in the app are unclear and to have to keep setting it up over and over so that I can just play something on my phone and AirPlay out to the speaker is ridiculous. And it’s been this way for years.

Manifestement, les concepteurs n’ont aucune idée du concept « Plug and Play ». L’app est très compliquée à utiliser, en particulier pour configurer des enceintes, changer de réseau wifi ou de mot de passe… Hélas le recours aux notices ou aux tutos sur Youtube ne sont guère plus explicites. Je regrette de ne pas avoir choisi des enceintes multiroom dont la conception soit plus récente

Je viens de connecter l’application à mes nouvelles enceintes A28. Connections à ma platine vinyle et à Deezer via le wifi. Pour l’instant, pas de déconnection contrairement aux autres avis.

Im vergleich zur Konkurrenz ist das Design einfach nicht ansprechen. Das geht besser! Der Equalizer in der App hat keine Auswirkung auf den Klang obwohl alles richtig angeschlossen ist. Weder per hdmi noch per wlan ändert sich da was am Klang. Schade

Nice to setup Device by Home wifi. Most time useless elsewhere especially in Hotel Networks or other public wifis. Device is recognized but App is unablässig to Setup. Bullsh…
Great Speakers, pls do something about this app!
The speakers are great quality, well designed… but completely let down by the app. Just spent hours trying to reconnect speakers following router change and still not working
