Missing Features
This version lacks the audio channel adjustment controls (treble/bass) of its predecessor, but seems more stable in my limited use.
So bad
This app really needs to be fixed. So buggy and hard to recognize and join your speakers. Makes me wish I hadn’t have gone with audio pro as my sound system
Keeps you locked in a frustrating, unproductive cycle
This app doesn’t do what it claims. It says it’s trying to find the device but doesn’t offer choices or instructions and even when the speaker is in WiFi setup mode, it can’t seem to find it. Keeps you locked in a frustrating, unproductive cycle
Can’t find a good reason to release this version
The old legacy app was not great and needed an overhaul, so it’s kind of impressive to see how they’ve made it worse. There are no improvements to find here, just stuff that’s now missing. Instructions are none-existent. The app’s ’connection help’ info says to hold PLAY for 3 seconds to connect but the info does not apply to the C20. The C20 no longer shows bass/treble options under its device menu, but the browser lets me choose an EQ window on its output - which reveals an empty black rectangle, no settings. The whole app is so half-assed yet the speaker is very good. Wild to see how Audio Pro have dropped the ball TWICE with their apps now. Back to the legacy version..

EQ not appears at all
Audio settings like EQ not visible on app ???
App use
Only been using for a week but initial comments are below.
The control options, volume for instance, is not available on the lock screen. You need to open the app the change the volume or track.
Presets do not work for BBC.

Equalizer doesn’t work
The previous app allowed setting bass and treble. This one has an equalizer that doesn’t work
Buggy, a Struggle to Use
Connecting over WiFi was more consistent in the legacy application. Now when I connect my A28 speakers over WiFi there’s no sound. And that’s despite the fact that the connection was successful and recognized within the application; the speakers and peripheral devices are on the same WiFi, etc, etc. This is clearly a software issue.

New app same issues
Why bother go to the effort of releasing a new app without fixing any of the bugs from the old one. Presets still don’t work with BBC or open network streams. Doesn’t even work reliably as a Bluetooth speaker…. wish i bought a Sonos 😂
Tidal Connect no longer available
Whilst undeniably clunky the original audio pro app (now rebadged as “legacy”) did at least support Tidal connect but the new audio pro w app no longer has Tidal in the list of available music services - all the other music streaming services are there just not Tidal so a bit rubbish from my perspective as a Tidal subscriber.
