BEWARE: They will keep charging after you cancel
Do not get this subscription: they have a non existent support service and there are far better question bank and audio learning tools available.
My experience has been awful: I purchased the audio Qbank subscription last year and, due to a limited number of questions, I decided to cancel my subscription. It shows as canceled in Apple, when I try to login my “user does not exist”, when I try to call their Help number it always immediately goes to a dial tone, and I’ve never received a reply from the email they provide. And yet, every month I am charged for the subscription and have to dispute the charge on my credit card. It is appalling, ridiculous, and feels downright scammy.
They would receive zero stars if I could give that.

Signed up but the activation link didn't come through my email and app doesn't have a resend option!
Doesn’t work…
Very excited about the concept, total lemon. Paid 9 bucks and it doesn’t even work, screen just freezes.

Open audio q bank option.. says I always have a subscription… then pinwheel off Death loading swirls animation forever. Closed the app… Same result.
Had to unsubscribe.
Also it worked last year.. and many of the questions had static so loud it hurts your ears.
Also the favorite question option doesn’t function reliably.
Devs must have celebrated early and speed refunding.

App Does Not Work
Since purchasing the monthly service the app continues to glitch and will not allow you to access the audio. It seems like they are taking your money without providing any kind of support
Can’t use subscription purchase
Waste of money because the app freezes when I try to open the paid content. I have not been able to see any of it at all because of the app glitch.
The podcasts are the best
So I got this app because I found the podcasts a couple weeks ago. They are the best thing that I could think of to listen too and get content out of. I do wish the app had two things, a sample to the audio q-bank, and anking audio. Just a question or two or a card or two just so I could get an idea of what it is before I buy. I know some of the podcasts have “samples” but I don’t really know anything about the set up of the audio q-bank, particularly the cadence of the questions and time gaps before answers are chosen.
The other thing would be a free trial for the paid parts of the app which is of the same nature of the sample I really just want to know what I am getting into before spending my very little medical school student money on yet another resource. All that being said the podcasts still rule and I just shared them with my whole class because I think they are so valuable. Thank you.

App is having issues
Can someone in the developing team fix/update the App? I bought a 3 month subscription and a white screen keeps popping up every time I open the app making it not usable. I tried re-installing and turning my phone on & off and nothing works.

Can’t use the app
I purchased a 3 month subscription but every time I’ve tried to use the app since purchasing, the whole screen turns white. I can’t use the app or listen to the audio. Not sure what to do
Doesn’t Open
The app refuses to open. When clicked on the app icon, a white screen appears, that’s it. Tried doing it several times.
Suuuper helpful for Step 1 and 2
I absolutely love this app! I started the podcasts for step 1 and loved that I could listen to them everywhere I went. And for Step 2, the audio flashcards are super helpful and also high-yield. The answers are detailed and it really sticks in my head! Thanks for this great app for us students :’)
Great App
This app has all the things that I need from flash cards, questions and podcasts. Sometimes I just get tired from watching videos so this is a great way to listen to things on the go. I have an hour drive to and from school so it’s a great way to put the app to use. Also whenever I’m working out and need to study, I’ll listen to some audio flash cards or questions and it’s awesome. Would Definitley recommend to my fellow Med students!

Good content - poor delivery
I agree with the previous reviewers — the content is good but the app is slow and not user friendly

Audio is 10/10 golden, wouldn’t change a thing about it. The app itself still has a few issues though. My main issues are (apologies if these are addressed in other comments):
1) can’t remove downloaded audio despite there being a handy green button to do so
2) favoriting and unfavoriting audio clips sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t
3) some of the audio clips are 4-5 questions in a row instead of just one.
There’s some minor bugs besides that, but those are my main gripes. Patch those up and I feel like this will become a mainstay of every student’s study resources, great work.

Love ITB
Great content! Love to use this while working out. My only recommendation would be to make the qbank scripted and add a search function in order to quickly access info. Many times I’m like “I remember listening to something on ITB” but it’s hard to retrieve the info efficiently.
App is very laggy
I love the content and have listen to them on Spotify. I figured that having the app and buying a subscription would be a great way to support. Unfortunately, the app has a really bad lag. Every time I would click something, for example “Audio Q Bank” it would take at least 10 seconds for it to load and eventually crash. When I tried the “High Yield Pharmacology” the audio would pause every 2 seconds. If I knew this would have happen I would have not bothered with buying the subscription and just stuck with the free audio.

Still issues
I love the concept of being able to do questions during a commute, walking the dog, etc. The content is good but there are still app issues. One of the biggest annoyances is the speed resets to 1x each question even though the indicator still shows the speed from the last question (2x). In that case to get back to 2x speed you have to cycle through all the speeds .5, 1, 1.25, 1.5, back to 2x. It gets super annoying when each question is only a few minutes long meaning every few minutes you have to interact with your phone. One of the biggest appeals of audio questions is hitting play and not having to interact with your phone. Having to change the speed each question or settle for 1x is more than annoying for those of us who have become accustomed to lectures and videos at faster speeds. Please fix this issue and I’ll change it to 5 stars. I just started using the app but it seems to be a great bang for your buck if you can get some extra, easy studying done during your commute.

Can’t do med school without this
The Audio Qbank is probably my biggest med school resource. I used it for Step 1 and now I’m using it for shelf exams and Step 2 CK studying. The question bank is actually pretty big and challenging plus it’s allowed me to visit my girlfriend on the weekends without feeling guilty about wasting time driving. 10/10 recommend
