Use to be good...
I use to love this app. I’ve had some bad experiences with this app before when they switched out the name and the format. I had lost a lot of money buying books that were deleted. They gave me a free year subscription to make up for my lost money. Not the point, those were mine forever, I bought them. I stayed faithful to this app despite the theft of my property, now the APP ISN’T EVEN WORKING AT ALL. Most of the books are garbage I don’t want to read and they hardly ever add new books to the collection. And reporting a problem with the app is laughable. This may be the last year I use this app due to terrible service.

Very disappointed
I use this app earlier for a book or two and it was OK after I did subscribe for a year. There is no chance even next day you can get a refund and cancelled the subscription plus they don’t have books at all so it’s just a waste try some other apps.
It’s great but
This is an awesome app with loads of stuff top market books not crappy books. The only issue I had was that they don’t update the app with new great books like Dan Brown Orgins that should be there by now. And the Stephen King selection is laughable. I have another app that has every Stephen King book ever written on Audio. I read real books at home but at work that’s tough lol. So this is great I sleep better watch less tv less time playing on my phone. It takes me back to when I was a kid when the lights went out that was it. TV use to shut down at midnight in 🇨🇦 until the next morning. They’d play the national anthem and then colour bars across the screen with that high pitch noise. I so wish things were still like that. But they’re not and people need to put down the video games, and turn off the tv, and read an actual book which is the best always will be in my opinion but the audio is a close second. You get to request 1 book each month. A lot of people said they had a hard time but I got mine while still on my trial period. So as long as they add the book I want and update more often I’ll be happy to pay $14.99. Seems like you have a subscribe to two because one will never have everything you want.

I would really love to write a review, but, for some reason I can’t download the books. Then it takes a week before I can try again.I know this is not a review, but, I can’t get on to the complaint section of your site.
My premium stopped working
I renew my premium after a year, but after it renewed and charged me, it’s still free. So I canceled the renewal and tried again, But this time it didn’t work, thankfully I haven’t been charged the second time, But why can’t I get back to premium? Especially after it says “Success!” Even though it isn’t? I would I like an answer plz I LOVED this app before, now it’s confusing

Worst Audiobook App experienced
Even when you go Premium it’s a lack of all book, user functionality and glitchy patience of the app itself. I went all in for the upfront $95 fee by accident but support never responds to any messages.
I sent feedback along these same lines as above described and no one has reached out at all.
Enjoy the payment and after a month I’m over this app. Audible isn’t perfect but still the best app by far for listeners.

Best ever
This this the best audiobook app ever, one thing I wish I could do is request books, I cannot afford to pay for the app so I wish the request feature could be free, over all it is amazing. I love it so much.

I had a previous review written but it would never send. This was when this app was Audiobooks++. I sent in requests and never heard back. Now that app is gone and has been replaced by this garbage! All that money I spent buying audiobooks is gone off my phone! I have tried contacting someone and no one returns my messages. S*** app!
Unlimited listening is a lie! You have to send texts messages to your contacts in order to listen to certain things. And you do not get the option to buy anything. You have to keep hassling your contacts for 24 hours of air time!

I just got this app I really like that it gives you free books and the price is great but I would love if you guys would add a speed rate button I literally just got this app a few minutes ago so I don’t know if I missed it or something thanks:)
