I found the book outstanding and the audible presentation was fantastic I would like to start a account but not directly to my deposit in my bank the pound I have why there’s not five stars is the lack of communication with the company I want to speak to a human being because I have questions and it keeps directing me without a phone number to computer images and made up questions so unless I get to talk to a human being I will not become a member and that’s a real shame thank you
