HORRENDOUS COMPANY
Unit and/or App is complete garbage. A newly purchased unit lost ALL functionality well within the warranty period. I tried the app’s feedback, email, Facebook - ALL means - and was COMPLETELY ignored. Finally, months later, I asked the retailer for help. They sent a replacement which NEVER worked. Not one single day. I could not update firmware. The retailer put me in touch with a rep who gave me troubleshooting tips and not one of them made any difference. This was a complete waste of money. I would strongly suggest people spend $ elsewhere. Company takes no accountability and does not care one bit that their product/tech is not functional.

I agree with the last reviewer. I did find it was good linking my Vast dlna devices and it synced them very well as one device but a recent update 6 months ago stopped the app finding my devices. I know it was not designed for my devices but the user side of the app was great for what i needed it for. The update was quickly reversed within 2 or 3 weeks and it now works as it did before but it now says another update is available and I'm reluctant to download it. So it is a good app but it might have changed if the update is anything like the last one.

Great device, too many makes app glitch
I have 7 zones and sometimes the app starts freezing or even crashing when trying to adjust volume for one zone. Otherwise great system and I love it. Please try and fix. Wifi is at 90% and above for all units
Pandora is not working

Super buggy, almost unusable
I use Pandora. It doesn't switch between stations, period. It just hangs. It's basically unusable in it's current version.

Looking For An Update Or An Alternative!
This used to be an amazing app that did all the things it says it does. Now, it’s deeply flawed and doesn’t deliver on its mission.
Software not working with new update done 4 days agi
I have been using this device/app without any problems since one year ago, with new update 4 days ago the devices cant recognize net work and when it does after some time it goes out and ask to configure from factory settings and this continues endlessly
Please fix these bugs so we can enjoy this nice app/device again

Cannot connect device as instructed
I purchased an AudioCast but cannot get the software to connect with my network on an iPhone 7 running iOS 13.4.1. I am experienced with doing such things, so I’m guessing the app is having the issue. If an update is needed, I hope the developer is working on it otherwise the thing is useless.
No longer works
Not had a problem with this app or the device until today.
When trying to reset and add the device to a network, the app closes after it has found the WiFi network.
Device and app now appear to be useless.

Quit working
New iPhone release killed it. Can no longer connect. No support for the product. I think they sold to airsound. I would avoid buying this product. If you did, try an older Apple device (pre iOS 13). It used to work great.
App crashes during setup
When trying to set up the device with the app on my iPhone, it exits after fifteen seconds, every time, before I can finish the setup. Am returning the product.

apple stopped making airport express so I found these devices on amazon wasted my money on 4 ... the got the “app” followed the set up and now I can’t get thru 1 song without it cutting off in all the rooms but the “main” piece of equipment... whole thing is trash and a waste of money
