Introducing AudioFinderPro. 1. Overview This app is designed to help you practice a foreign language. It analyzes your language-learning media (audio, video) in the following two ways. First, WhisperKit Analysis It analyzes your media (audio, video) using the open-source library WhisperKit. With this method, you first select a WhisperKit model (Default: Base model, fast; the model must be downloaded on first selection), and then speech analysis is performed on the entire media file. Because this involves [model download + analysis], it takes a few minutes even for the smallest model. The analysis time may increase when the media file is large or when a larger WhisperKit model is used. Second, High Speed Audio Signal Analysis & Apple Speech Recognition With this method, the app extracts the audio from your media file, recognizes the parts that exceed the threshold value of a valid audio signal as speech, and analyzes and splits them into individual Audio Segments. Media analyzed in these two ways lets you listen to each Audio Segment on the AudioPlayer screen and repeat after it. In addition, the app can compare an Audio Segment with your own voice, giving you visual feedback that helps you listen to pronunciation and practice. 2. Available Audio 1) You can use language-learning media (audio, video) stored in your iPhone Media Library. You can save language-learning media (audio, video) to your Media Library through iPhone sync and use it. 2) My iPhone folder Once you install the app, you will find an 'AudioFinderPro' folder inside the 'My iPhone' folder. You can save language-learning audio and video files in .mp4, .mp3, and .m4a formats to this folder. These saved audio and video files are analyzed for language practice, and you can listen to, repeat, and compare the Audio Segments of the analyzed audio and video files. 3. Features and Functions 1) Large File Support (available for High Speed Audio Analysis only) You can save, analyze, and play language-learning audio and video files, including large media files. You can analyze and play media files up to approximately 1 GB in size. 2) Automatic Saving of Transcription Files for Analyzed Media When AudioFinderPro analyzes media, it automatically saves a transcription file to the [My iPhone/AudioFinderPro/Media/] path. You can review the saved transcription files. 3) Audio Comparison / Analysis AudioFinderPro can compare audio segments with your own voice. You can select an audio segment to listen to, record your own voice, and play it back. You can also compare and analyze how much your voice differs from the audio segment, using a real-time Audio Spectrogram of both your saved voice and your live voice.
