Warning: Unethical Billing Practices – Avoid AudioNotes
I strongly advise against downloading or subscribing to AudioNotes.
After my initial trial, I explicitly requested to be removed from any subscription or renewal list. Despite this, I was billed again a year later without any warning or communication. My previous refund request was also ignored, showing a clear pattern of negligence or worse — intentional billing without consent.
This experience felt deceptive and disrespectful. There was no transparency, no customer support follow-up, and no regard for user intent.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind — stay away from this app.

Amazing App
This app has improved since its launch on Product Hunt. Customer service has been highly responsive. App has everyday features you may need for your workflow. The desktop version is great for fine tuning. Use the mobile app for most of my meetings and don't have to worry about connectivity to a wearable. The transcription is very on point for lectures and team meetings. The new LLM models for summary is nice feature.

Beware refund policy
There are better tools out there — but that’s not why I’m giving it one star. Getting a refund, even if you clearly were charged while not using the product and trying to cancel, is extremely hard.

it’s become an everyday essential for me
i love just how much it keeps getting better with every improvement update, seriously powerful and if you’re getting into content creation or you’re like me who just needs to speak the thoughts then turn them into memos or idea dumps, this is really really useful. also using it for user research calls and problem discovery bits, been really productive and a cool Swiss knife to save several hours a month.

Doesn’t work half the time
When it worked, this app was great. I paid for the premium version. However, in the last several sessions I tried to use this app in meetings, the app said there was an error in the recording and produced nothing. Therefore, I do not recommend buying a yearly subscription. Try it yourself the weekly subscription before you commit. Very disappointed.

Very helpful to summarize my long meetings
I'm using it fore few months and it is a gamechanger for me. Long meeting are easily summarize and my productivity has improved a lot. It is also able to differentiate different speaker easily.

Amazing app to record audio notes
I don’t just review products, I use it and if it helps I review. Have been using this app for some days and it’s really helping me to record audio notes. I needed something like this to record something when I am working or something important I found out while reading a book or when I see something. I usually had a small pocket dairy. Now I have this app. Must use for people who needs to note something immediately.
