Update the damn app!!!

Literally just crashes on startup....using iOS 11.
Says it needs at least iOS 11 lol.... update your app Jesus.

app does not work to record audio or with prerecorded audio

i made the mistake of buying the sample version one and the sample version 2. i thought the second might have been fixed but no! both are virtually useless because they are both stuck with the terrible factory sound samples. there is currently no app any where old or new that will actually allow the samples to work as advertised. kong just took our money and ran. the audio pocket app won't record audio, or at least it won't save it after pressing the record button. and it also won't let work saved audio samples even though it will import them temporarily then lose them. there is no customer service tech support to even call to report this issue.

very very disappointing from a potentially fantastic machine.

Best

I use this app at least once a day and love it. Could not ask for more i dont think. Thank you

Doesn’t work.

Error when uploading samples to Volca Sample 2, I tried everything you could possibly think of, shorter cable, changing volume levels, oh and audio pocket does not record audio.

pointless

Patiently Waiting For Korg Sale

Didn’t realize couple more things I wanna buy when korg app sale going again????? I can finish this collection lol

Still no usb support

Ridiculous to add usb to the volca sample 2 but not be bothered but include any way to use that usb with the app.

Works for me

I haven’t had any problems or complaints with it so far. I think it’s neat that I can create samples from my phone and load them onto my Volca Sample so easily

Basic but functional

This is a very basic app that could do with a lot more functionality, but what it does, it does well.

I couldn’t get this to work

This app never worked and I ended up returning the Volca Sample. Whomp whomp.

No suppprt for new iPhones

So new iPhones. (Well not even that new. Going back a few years) don’t have headphone socket. This new volca comes out with USB and we still have to use headphone socket. Wake up korg. What’s up with your developers? We should be connecting and editing via usb. Volca sample 2 has usb. iPhone has usb. Yet we can only use this with headphone socket that iPhones don’t have. This is rubbish.

It works but not great.

It’s hard to believe a company as amazing as Korg just doesn’t care about the software side of the business They spend no effort to make good functional software. They have incredible hardware but simply haven’t kept up with the times with software. They really should invest a dedicated team just For Korg software. The retro collection of vst sound good but bad interfaces. Their apps sound great but horrible user experience and interfaces. It’s amazing how such a good company can fall so short. Truth is they can’t, they just don’t care about their software! It is obvious that they don’t read or at least care what users wrote in the comments. Nothing changes. The app developers don’t really
Change anything. Such a shame. The volcas are great. All korg hardware is great but they need to catch up with rest of the world. Look at Moog apps. Look at Roland. Korg is so far at bottom of the list. Shame

Does not work with my iPad Pro

This seems like a good app but the audio transfer function does not work on iPad Pro (doesn’t have an headphone jack so needs to work with an adapter). It seems like a big omission. Also why no support for usb file transfer on the sample 2? I wasted a lot of time recording samples only to find that there is no way for me to transfer them or even export them apart from via iTunes which I don’t use.

Needs an update

Korg has apparently abandoned iOS development. How about an iOS version of the volca sample software?

Update the app for the sample 2

Only has 100 spaces, has not been updated for the 200 spaces the sample 2 has. Why release a second version if you’re going to abandon any updates.

Needs Sample2 update

Needs Sample2 update. 200 slots and sample2 presets saved.

obsolete

No updates, garbage.
Buy a REAL sampler.

Please update the firmware to the current version for the sample 2

And use all 200 slots for the sample 2 only gives ya first 100 slots and I just want to add to the 50 open slots past the 150 stock samples on the sample 2 ?

doesnt work :(

When I’m trying to transfer samples, error pops up even though I am doing everything correctly. I deleted some slots and still wont let me transfer my own samples. If I can’t get it to work I will eat broken glass ^.^

Doesn’t work

Won’t synch to device. Useless.

Needs more sample slots.

Need to Update to 200 sample slots for the Voca sample 2This works with the sample 2 just need more slots.
