About

AuditCapture records what you find on a walk-through and follows it until it is fixed. Take a photo of the problem, mark it up, and fill in the rest from pick lists: where it is, how serious it is, who owns fixing it, and when it is due. Every finding gets its own ID and stays on the record from the moment it is logged. WORKS WITHOUT A SIGNAL Plant floors, basements and back lots are exactly where the signal goes. Findings save on the phone and sync when there is a connection again, so nothing waits on a bar of service and nothing is lost by walking out of range halfway through a form. PHOTOS AND MARK-UP Capture opens the camera, and you can draw on the photo to point at what matters. The original is kept alongside the marked-up copy, so annotating never destroys the evidence. SEVERITY, OWNERS AND DUE DATES Set a severity and the due date fills itself in from your organization's own rules — 30, 21, 14 and 7 days to start with, and yours to change. Assign the fix to a colleague, a team, or someone outside the company; a contractor does not need an account to be the owner. CLOSING THINGS OUT Closing a finding asks for a root cause, the date the work was actually completed, and what was done to fix it, plus what will stop it happening again if you want to record that. Later you can record whether the fix actually held. Findings can be reopened, and one that comes back is marked as a repeat. THE NUMBERS A dashboard shows what has been logged, what is still open and what is overdue, how much closes on time and how long closing takes, split by severity, category and department. EXPORT Send the whole register to Excel, with a filter row and chart sheets ready to use, or produce a PDF for a single finding: photo, details, close-out and history. SITES AND PEOPLE An organization can run several sites, each numbering its own findings. People join by invite code. Administrators see everything; everyone else sees the sites they belong to. THE FORM MATCHES YOUR SITE Categories, buildings, departments, areas, rooms — every list is yours to edit, so the form describes your site instead of asking you to describe it in someone else's words. Location is optional and only read while a finding is being logged. Contacts is used only when you assign a finding to someone, and only the person you pick is saved.
