Nothing works
I select an item from the list to display, then a screen wants me to wave the iPhone around to “learn the surfaces” but nothing ever happens. Then, miraculously, the one time it did advance to “tap the screen to place the object,” it never placed it. So, pretty much useless. I suspect it’s trying to be too good and feature-rich that it doesn’t fundamentally work.

Search bar
The app use to have a search bar and I could use it for generac generators. Search bar has been removed so I can no longer use the app for generators.
Models are difficult to upload
The augment manager is next to impossible to get your models to upload. It’s maddening!!!
Off to a good start
Of all the AR apps available that I have used this is the best I’ve found so far.
Still leaves a bit to be desired in terms of functionality - would be great to see a transparency / wireframe toggle, this would be particularly useful when viewing larger models of environments as a way to toggle between the live camera view & projected model for blended AR.
I use this app in a professional capacity & often work in locations without access to the internet, so the need to re-connect to the internet every 72h to confirm purchase history is an annoying hurdle to jump through, but I’m probably in the minority in this respect.

App Icon not showing up
For some reason your app does not have an icon in the settings panel all my downloaded apps are there except for this one I’m not sure if this should be of concern because your app does list requirements needed.. ex: Location etc…

I dont really like it very much, because unlike other augumented reality apps, you cant record a video with your 3D model

2. I open the app, login, click ‘scan.’
3. I point the camera at a QR code that was published in ACS Chemical Biology.
4. I get sent to the App Store, on the Augment page, with a button to Open the Augment app.
5. I click ‘Open’ and the app tells me to scan a QR code.
6. Back to #3, and go through the cycle again. And again.

Glitches! Dumb glitches!
Fantastic, the realistic objects but almost everything I augment just floats where my camera was, even if I move, it still just floats and I can’t move it or scale it, I can’t do anything to it. Please fix this, it makes me me so angry. Please fix this!
This app deserves more!
Can’t believe this is not the most famous AR app put there. It just works super smooth and provides easy solutions for every user.

Awesome! But as soon as I place something it starts out tiny so I can’t see it.
Fix the update
For me the update was more like a downgrade. I had to log out just to look for anything and my trial didn’t even work. I followed the new tutorial but it doesn’t work. If you could fix this it would be great because before this app would have 5 star rating.
Has potential
Lots of models to choose from, unfortunately there seems to be no way to move the model around. I was trying to see what a tv would look like, it was stuck at waist height, could not move it to the place I wanted on the wall. Zoom in, zoom out, and rotate works great, but no ability to move position :( could be amazing, but falls drastically short due to that one missing component

Terrible!
I hate this app, it’s absolutely awful. It’s ridiculous, and convoluted! I hate this app almost as much as I hate goblins, nasty little creatures.
All Model Have Failed To Load
The error I’m given.... an error message that is mentioned nowhere on their website so I can’t even work toward a fix.
