Good idea, failed execution

The app doesn’t let you register on iOS or MacOS. It just says that it failed every time. I reached out to the developers but got no response. There’s no information on their site and no way to register there. I also can’t find anyone talking about this app except two news sites saying the exact same thing. All the reviews are somehow 5 stars with glowing comments, but no real feedback. Seems sketchy.

Edit: Today, out of nowhere (support still never got back to me), the app sent me a notification. I thought I’d try again, and this time it worked (no app updates either). So far the app seems easy to use. I wish there was a way to copy a URL w/ the key to send to someone so they could access online rather than having to share the file, but the app is still fairly new so maybe they’ll add that functionality (exists on other E2E services so it’s possible).
