Don’t know what to write I thought it would sync data with Apple health but it synced on day one 2DN day stopped deleted the app reinstalled then it started syncing 3rd day showing entry I’ve done 9000 plus steps in an hour so on on

Doesn’t work
This app used to work but now it’s too glitchy and doesn’t sync properly, presumably this app has been abandoned by its creator in favour of new apps, shame.
Really good app and wristband
Really pleased with app and wristband. Found myself replacing the wrist band after 6 months which is the reason I have not given it 5 stars. (The usb broke and I got condensation inside.
The only wristband I have found that does oxygen saturation which seems to be very accurate when I have tested against hospital monitors. Other aspects are really good too and really pleased with it. At the price it is you can afford to replace if there are breakages.
