So incredibly easy to use. The layout is perfect and it’s so easy to find what you’re looking for.
Clunky and slow
The app is slow and the search engines aren’t appropriate eg you can’t just look in the menu for dresses. When you look at an item and go back you end up at the start again.
Using the website is better, however the many pop ups you get diverting you to the the app are annoying.
Maybe a female shopper should be helping the developers make the app more user friendly, as it’s clearly not been made with the female shopper in mind who is short on time and wants a quick look at some fantastic clothes.

Still too slow :(
Website can be slow so was hoping this app was going to fix that. Needs works.
Unusable , constantly crashes
Terrible app, crashes when you click on literally anything. Won’t even let me log into my own account.
Easy to use
After reading some of the old reviews here I decided I really must jump in to counter them. I suspect the app has since been update as I don’t have any of the issues listed. It’s really easy to navigate, and the way items pop up when viewing and easily swiped down when finished is fabulous. Easy to add items to wish list and easy to finalise orders.
There are a couple of tabs that don’t work for me, such as the sale one, but this is not too much of a biggie.
So thank you Augustine for this app, makes my on the go constant looking at your beautiful range oh so easy and convenient 💕

Useless
They offered a chance to win if you used app then none of the new products are available and they sell out. No search option not a good app at all

So frustrating!
This app does my head in! It’s sooo slow! Constantly crashes, and as above said if you click something to view closer it, once you exit it it takes you right back to the start again! I think all the moving pictures, pop up signs & prompts, moving bits everywhere is taking over the speed & ease of the site! Takes FOREVER to load and 99% of the time you just give up trying! Please fix it!

Beautiful clothes, hopeless app
Utterly pointless app. Filters don’t work at all, each time you look at an item and then go back a page it takes you right back to the beginning. So many times I’ve opened the app to buy something and lost interest.
