Auto-logged out and cannot log back in
Happy to bump up my rating if I can get assistance to reset my password, and actually receive the email with link to enable the reset. Have been trying unsuccessfully for months now to reset my password so I can log back in and access my Augustus rewards account.

Disappointing
I can’t register. All details completed, no reference to what field might need updating. Store selection only shows one option for my state, and the map only shows two options - neither are the store closest to me.

I would love to sign up but cannot . Using an iPhone it’s a fully blacked out screen. You cannot see what the field names are. The selection of favourite store drop down doesn’t work . I love the store , please fix your app !
Does Not Work
App does not work, despite requesting multiple times, haven’t received confirmation email without which you can’t use the app.
Won’t show the barcode
In the app on a iPhone 12 Pro Max the barcode doesn’t fully make it in the middle not inside the bar at the bottom
So what do you get?
No idea what you get for the rewards. Even the sales people don’t know what the rewards are. Useless reward app. So have 43 points, ummm and what does that mean? Free ice cream when? Rewards for what?

Store finder has one option for the state of Victoria, and that's Albury, 4 hours from me. Can't change the favourite store either, also only one option of Albury. Crappy app.
Find store glitch
Great app but the store finder is glitching Geelong’s store is in the ocean and Torquay’s is in Melbourne. Probably needs to be fixed but overall amazing!!🍦🍦
What do rewards actually get you?
It’s easy to earn rewards but the app doesn’t make clear how to redeem them for stuff, or if you’re actually able to. So are they empty points?
