Please support EP-N6 in this app
As a loyal customer, I absolutely love AUKEY. The sound quality of your earbuds is phenomenal, easily outperforming many high-end brands in the market.
However, I am writing to strongly request that the developers add backward compatibility for the AUKEY EP-N6 in the AUKEY Mate app. Currently, the touch sensors on my EP-N6 frequently malfunction, making it very difficult to switch modes manually. Having app support would allow users to manage these settings seamlessly via software.
Since the hardware is still highly durable and delivers exceptional performance, I plan to use this model for a long time. Please listen to your community and release an update to support this beloved model. Thank you.

Only 4 models
Had to download the app to find out that it only lists 4 models of Aukey headphones when you try to add a device. Unfortunately, mine were not in the list.
Unable to add the EP-N6 device in the app
can pair with Mobile ph so easily and can listen the music. but cannot pair with the Aukey Mate app.

Please update the app to support all models. [Additional] The headset has good noise-canceling, but the microphone has clarity issues. I’d appreciate it if the app could also support microphone adjustments.
