Understanding Jesus
I’ve spent several years using other bible apps, spending hours hunting for plans, only to go through the exercise after a few days or a couple of weeks. I was tired of spending more time searching for a good daily devotional and wanted to spend the time learning more about what God says about me and my family. The Aura app quickly filled the need I had to have something regular, consistent, daily and meaningful, where I could focus on the words of God, and get a good perspective of how those relate to me, today, in my current situation.
I’ve found the Aura devotionals to be concise, intellectual, and well written. I’ve shared several excerpts with my kids and wife – it’s great to share biblical perspectives that are worded so well and just relate to our story perfectly. The journal and guided prayer function has also been eye opening, as a method of slowing down, taking a breath, and thoughtfully using those words as a template to start a conversation with Him.

Aura makes Christianity approachable
Because of the AI model within very sound theology, Aura is a trustworthy source for my Bible study. Aura can interact with my questions in ways commentaries can’t.

Wow just opened the app and poured my heart out in the what do you want to pray about section. Then it formulated a prayer that literally brought the presence of God!

HTTP Error 422
I hate it when apps ask force you to create an account online in order to use their app. This one is no different. What’s even worse is that it’s impossible to succeed in creating an account after entering one's email address and receiving the confirmation six digit code and entering it. You end up with an HTTP 422 error every time you try.It is impossible to create an account and use this app. Shame on the developers.

leaking roof
so I have a leaky roof and I have hundred thousand dollar estimate. I’m waiting till Monday to hear back from the adjuster and get the company after the tropical storm. I put my fears into the app it helped me find prayers for guidance and clarity. It really helped me feel that I’m on track.

This app is amazing! I just downloaded it today and started using the app. Wow! I explained (in detail) how I felt and why I felt this way. Jesus, I thank You for having the Developers create this amazing app. Since I was adopted in the year of 1997 at the age of 6 year old, I was abused by my mom who is narcissistic, toxic, unforgiving, horrible and hateful towards everyone (financial abuse; physical abuse; spiritual abuse; mental abuse; emotional abuse and verbal abuse); also abused by my horrible adopted and abusive dad (spiritual abuse; physical abuse; mental abuse; emotional abuse and verbal abuse) and also sexually abused and physically abused by a foster teenager boy when I was in my early teens; my horrible adopted and abusive parents continued to abuse me until the year of 2018. Jesus freed me from them and I now live in a very beautiful residential housing facility by myself with deeply caring, loving and appreciative Staff and House Manager that all look out for my well being and safety. Developers, you have done such a wonderful thing by creating this app. I give all the Glory and praise to the One Who Is and Is to Come-Jesus, my Heavenly Father. Thank you all.
