Stumbled through the app, seems self explanatory with the exception that although we live in Montana USA. The GPS map of the collar shows my dogs movement somewhere in… Mongolia, on the other side of the earth!! Firmware updates complete, repowering of collar, phone, app still shows the same place in MONGOLIA

I’ve been messing with this thing for hours and it doesn’t give me the fence location when I tap on the “button”
I also said it for high vibration at level five and shock at one and every time I go back, they completely change it and it’s a shock level 4 and vibrate at three

I don’t know if I’m doing it wrong or what but I set up the virtual boundaries, but it does not shock the dog only when I’m in training mode and do it manually. Going to give it a few tries if it doesn’t work I’m sending it back because $300 is a lot of money for something that’s not working the way I thought it should.
