Good start let community improve

The alarms and robot voices for steps make people more anxious. My child helps me and the load robot voices is NOT calming and she cant think. Please re-record or allow the user to record their own voice.

Decent app

It keeps a good record of the seizures. However, after installing the latest version, my caregiver isn’t notified of when a seizure occurs. Yes, we have tested and retested. Each of us have accepted each other’s usernames, yet the issue still remains. No communication between either party! I like the app but I feel as if I may need to search elsewhere? Any suggestions?

Can’t connect/ sign up for child

I’m trying to set up the app for my 12 year old daughter but the app won’t allow her to sign up with her iCloud account. I have the app on my phone and am signed up as a caregiver under my iCloud. I also have the app on her iWATCH and iPod as a patient. The app works as far as the alert but I’m not receiving any notifications on my phone as a caregivers. The main reason we wanted the app was to be notified.

Response from developer

Hi, mommy mommersons. Sorry to hear you experienced an issue on our app. Can you please update the app to the latest version and see if it's fixed? If the issue still persist, kindly send us the detail to our email at cs.appaura@gmail.com or submit feedback through the app. Thank you for your feedback!

Can’t connect

The only issue with this app is I can’t connect to my caregivers meaning that if they don’t hear the alarm that no one knows I’m having a seizure.

Response from developer

Hi skylovesalot, Thank you for using our app. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. You can actually connect to your caregivers when having a seizure by adding your caregivers’ contacts or accounts (to note, you and your caregivers need to be signed in first). Go to Profile -> Emergency Contacts -> Add a Caregiver - Your primary caregiver’s phone number will be shown in Emergency Call options in First Aid Guidance pages. - And your caregivers’ username will allow us to let them know when the alarm sound is fired. We’re still developing and improving our app, so if you still have any issue, please let us know. Any feedback means a lot to us. Thank you, Aura Developer
