Bad after update of new version
Cannot even cancel lesson online. Horrible
No option to turn off BG music.
During practice, we stopped the practice music, but the app continue to play the background music and there is no way to turn off or lower the volume of the Bg music. It is very distracting for beginners. We didn’t want to back adjusting the volume control of our devices. Please fix this.
Needs a lot of improvement!
The app does not show how many total sessions you’ve attend and how many sessions left for a particular month you’ve have paid. Would be great if they put a calendar where it circles or marks the sessions you attended and shows how many sessions left or claimed, instead of trying to scroll down on the app and counting it manually. Specially if you paid for 12 months which has 48 sessions.. then some of the session was rescheduled…

Poor Management
I have written in many times to meet up the management to complain about a service agent at Jurong Point branch. However, the management failed to take any action to contact me. Really disappointed in this type of management.
Buggy application
Can’t even login and the error is Failed to connect to servers. I tested my internet to open and use other apps, all are fine except aureus app.
Need to fix this.
Need to fix this.
Needs more improvement
The apps seems to have bugs as I see multiple booking for same timing. And it is not helpful that the make up timing is not showing student details when there are more than 1 student registered under the same account.
