Doesn’t work on iOS nor MacOS
This all doesn’t work at all on latest updated iPhone or Mac. Only windows works.
Horrible
It’s so bad. Logs out of cloud every time. Can’t save local IP servers at all. Can’t hit DEL button to enter BIOS, it just ignores an input of this button!
Useless on IOS with magic keyboard, useless on most NAT home networks.
You are unable to easily control the mouse on the remote desktop as it does not sync up with the local mouse pointer if you are using a magic keyboard. Also, if your home network is using NAT, as most home networks do, you can't reach this device from remote. They don't document what ports to even allow to port forward, so the only way would be to DMZ this device, and that makes you unable to use your inbound network to reach any other devices in your home.

Appalling Software
This is just about the worst KVM software I have ever used. Firstly, you have to use a phone to set it up, and really, who wants to manage a PC on a Phone. The whole process repeatedly fails, time after time, but when eventually I did manage to get the phone app to connect to the device, I could then link it to a Aurga online account and access the device from the app on the Mac. Trouble was the Mac app just shows a black screen with a mouse pointer that won’t move. Why implement it with a dedicated app for each device type, when an HTML5 client would work on all devices? Sadly I bought 2 at once, and it was a complete waste of money because neither work due to a flawed design concept and appalling implementation.
Aurga, sort out your software. The Mac app hasn’t been updated for 6 months, but it doesn’t work.

Worked but can be better
Keyboard input is problematic, always hearing alert sound on every key pressed, also the mouse click required me to press hard to be able to perform a left click (Mac touchpad has 2 stages click, it requires the second stage all the time)
It finally works well
When I bought the AURGA Viewer in 2023 it was disappointingly slow and unreliable, but with the recent firmware and software releases it has finally become a trusted part of my toolkit.
Stopped working at all
Used to work now all I get is a white window with nothing in it
Does what it’s supposed to do 👍
My only complain is the missing Vision Pro client. This would be great for extending Windows computer displays into the spatial environment. The iPad version works, sort of, but for example the multi-touch gesture to exit full screen cannot be performed.
It still doesn’t work!
They keep releasing these minor updates which seem to get rid of previous reviews and ratings, but at the end of the day, it still doesn’t work. Keyboard input is impossible. Works ok on a PC, but they can’t seem to get it right on a Mac.
Half baked app
The app is unusable. It keeps crashing. You can’t set up WLAN. The UI is confusing. You connect device on one tab, the other tab say the device is not connected.
Useless
Never was able to get it working. Can’t connect via android app due to "unsupported firmware version" despite my app being up to date. Was able to connect on my mac, but it has no mouse or keyboard support…
Amazing Device
Device is good, app is good. Works really well. I don’t leave reviews but this one had to get one.
Can’t connect to multiple devices
I have two of these devices and cant switch between them with the iPhonn app.
Nice concept, poor execution
Strictly speaking about the Mac app, it’s basically useless. It connects intermittently at best and when it does, the computer gives the Mac “bing” every time you press a key. To make matters worse, if you minimize the Aurga app and try to use another application on your computer, any keystrokes typed into that other application are passed through the Aurga app and onto the computer you are connecting to. It feels like this app wasn’t tested at all.

Telemetry and tracking
The new version works great, but when looking at Little Snitch, I discover all kinds of traffic to various sites coming from this application. Reviewing the terms of service, you have to agree to this prior to using. I would not use this in a secure or sensitive environment.
Awesome Idea, just doesn't work
This is such an awesome impressive idea, but without any execution. I've been able to connect once in WiFi Hotspot/Bridge mode - I even updated the firmware. But since then, nothing.
I purchased two of these, and it's the same experience on both.
Don't waste your money, if you need remote console, you are going to need something different.

Awful
Awful, says enter passcode but nothing happens after that
Could have been a great product …
… but instead it’s junk. The developer is completely software incompetent and had decided to use a proprietary framebuffer streaming protocol rather than something standard like VNC. Result is that none of the many clients they need to maintain work in entirely different ways. This iOS client is probably the worst of the bunch. And now with April 23, 2024 update, it doesn’t even try any more, just crashes after 500ms of starting the app.

Promising but needs work
I bought this to help troubleshoot IT issues in cases where I didn’t have a monitor handy. Aurga looks like it has potential, but it is far too temperamental at the moment to be very useful. It’s a bit tricky to get going and once you do, functions like trackpad and BIOS access aren’t reliable at all. I often have to restart the app just to get basic functions to start responding.

Does not work at all
Does not work at all, the device would not connect at all regardless
