Auricle: Speech Transcriber

Automatic speech recognition (ASR) utility that converts audio recordings into text. Works completely offline, no data is collected! Supports SRT subtitle format as well as plaintext, and multiple languages. Uses the open source Whisper neural network model to process speech.
