About

The operating system for Australian private hospital specialists. Dictate once on the ward round or in rooms. aurii drafts the ward note, the GP and referrer letters and the discharge summary against the patient record, ready for you to sign. Ward rounds and dictation - Clinical dictation with multi-speaker capture turns one spoken review into structured clinical notes. - Active patients, handover and discharge run in one list across hospital and rooms. - Pathology and imaging are ordered from the patient record on the round. Letters and discharge summaries - GP and referrer letters are drafted from the review on your own letterhead and sent to the GP over Medical Objects once signed. - Discharge summaries are drafted from the episode, and every destination shows its own send status. - Templates, section order and billing favourites are set per doctor, whatever the specialty. Results and the patient record - Uploaded pathology and imaging reports are read, the extracted values confirmed, and they land on the patient timeline. - The patient and episode record holds every note, letter and result in one place. Billing - aurii drafts the MBS billing items from each review for the practice to confirm, and sends them to the practice's billing staff to enter in the practice's own billing system. The doctor signs every document Every AI-drafted note, letter and discharge summary is reviewed and signed by the treating doctor before it leaves aurii. Security and Australian data residency - Audio, transcripts, notes and letters are stored in Microsoft Azure Australia East, and speech to text runs in the same region. - Records are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or later) and at rest (AES-256). Medicare numbers, IHIs, multi-factor secrets and prescriber credentials carry a second layer of encryption with keys held in Azure Key Vault. - Multi-factor sign-in is required, with passkey support. Every action a practice user takes is written to a hash-chained audit log. - aurii is built to the Australian Privacy Principles, and is HIPAA compliant and GDPR compliant. Start today Start a 14-day trial from the app; no invite needed. A card is added when the account is created, on Stripe's own secure page, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you are not billed at all. Pricing at aurii.com.au.

Guided setup - Next and Back move one step every time, and the step you are on is shaded teal with "Step 3 of 16" above its name. - Tapping a step opens that setting straight away. Signature and Provider number open with the field outlined in teal. - Letter destinations opens the Communications screen of the hospital being set up. With more than one hospital, pick the hospital at the top. - Practice administrator and team is one step, offered first. Order providers is now Pathology and Imaging, and Procedures reads Manage procedures. - A practice connected to Medical Objects shows Connected, with no Request setup. Letters - A letter started from a contact keeps that contact as the recipient. - Template fields fill in with the patient, recipient, your details and the date, and dictation is written into the template's sections. - Draft letters can be edited on the phone. Letters print without stray field labels or an empty Plan section, and the signature block shows your name and title. - When a recipient has no email or fax on file, type the email onto the letter or choose a saved contact. - Contacts: find a doctor in the directory to fill their Medical Objects ID, HPI-O and provider number. Consults, results and handover - Save for batch goes straight on to the next step, now called Disposition, which lists what the consult produced and where each item goes. - Reports waiting on you show a To review button with Sign off, and a green Signed Off label after. - Your saved signature prints on the handover packet. - The referral letter you photograph to create a patient stays in the patient's attachments. - Note ready and Billing to confirm stay in the bell while you are using aurii, and still reach your phone when you are away. - Clinical Journey no longer lists suggestion entries. Settings and help - Haptics: Off, Subtle or Full. Subtle is the default, with no tap on every press. - Feedback and support: report a problem or ask for a callback from the lifebuoy in the top bar. - A practice consult walkthrough takes you through a consult one control at a time.
