Can’t cancel my subscription

It keeps trying to use my credit card when I don’t want to plus it doesn’t let me cancel my subscription and I tried everything to cancel the subscription plus contacts support doesn’t work. But the Ai is great

Awful

I tried to use the
App and I purchased 30 generations only for it not to show up the generations I purchased. PayPal shows that they took it out of my account though. When I tried to go to customer support it wouldn’t work. The link is broken and goes nowhere. Ugh. What a waste of money. If I could give it zero stars I would.

I paid for my for this app for a year. This company change the name and took all of my credits. Apple need to take this app off because it is a big scam.

I don’t think it’s enough free generations

If you want people to have more fun on your app then it would be more better if you gave them more free generations to get used to it more and maybe people would start paying for it to have more fun . Have a nice evening ❤️

Worst app ever

I wanted to try the free trial, but instead I was charged 8 dollars and it only allowed me to make 5 videos. Then to make it even worse there was no way to get a refund and no way to cancel the membership without deleting the app. Worst app ever do not ever use!!!

You must know that: according to Apple policies, if you signed up for a trial subscription and don't wish to continue, you should cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. Terrible app worst ever

app terrible took my money didn’t work at all after I paid and when I tried to report It would let me the app kept on going out wen I clicked help and I cancelled the subscription before 24 hours were over in still no money back. I literally didn’t even get to use it for a full 1 before it lagged out in took my money.

Amazing!

So easy to use. Great edits and it is literally as easy to use as it claims. I didn’t even have to pick out my own photo. It chose for me! From download to my first test edit approx 5 minutes! Wow. I never can get any app to do what it says it will do at least not that first time and love the picture afterward. I wanted to send it out to my boyfriend right away! Awesome app! Thank you!
