Does not reliably work all the time
I have had multiple occasions where the check deposit either does not accept my pictures for mobile deposits and I end up retaking them multiple times. I have also had multiple occasions where it says my mobile check deposit was successful, but the money never appeared in my account, at which point I had to retry or go into the bank in person. Definitely needs work.

Love the app
Allows me to transfer money easily from my account to my family or friends account.
Don’t like the app
I don’t like like this app at all. You can’t see pending transactions so you’d have to guess what’s coming out if you don’t do a check register. And this “new version” update won’t let you actually update it so you can see your balance. Why have a banking app that is the most unfriendly app to you when dealing with YOUR money?!

Very convenient and support is awesome.
Disappointing App
The feature for transferring account to account has not worked for months. Very frustrating! It’s a basic feature of a banking app. Why is this not being fixed. It is supposed to be a feature of the update.
Missing Feature
I only got this app to be able to deposit checks with my phone. This feature is nowhere to be found even though the last preview picture has it visible. Upon asking support this feature was quickly added to my app. Thanks for the quick response.
