Waiting on the next!

I like the story and the puzzles are not too hard. Graphics are really good. Plus, no permissions required is a bonus for me. Definitely looking forward to next chapter!

Pure talent…and pure genius

This developer’s ability to put together multiple levels of story telling, characters, history, world building & beautifully detailed scenery…it’s just on another level.

Then add in the VERY intelligent puzzles and we get an immersive game experience that keeps us thinking and engaged.

Like others have mentioned, this game is well worth MORE than the current price.

[My ONLY wee-little suggestion is to change up the background music/sounds to reflect the environment/nature ambiance. Constant “tension-music” can become repetitive & distracting for those of us who tend to get hyper-focused within games that have multi-sensory components.]

But overall, that’s irrelevant to the bigger picture. This game was smashingly awesome…just like the Meridian series…and I can’t wait for the 3rd chapter of Aurora Hills!

Thanks Dev!

Peace

NovaSoft does it again

I have one critique only-I gotta WAIT for Aurora Hills 3!? 😭

One of the best

I don’t think I’ve ever written a review. This game was so good that I’m compelled to tell everyone else how great it is. I’ve played through so many other point and click puzzle games including Meridian 157 and this is truly one of the best ones out there. The puzzles are challenging yet doable. I felt like every puzzle or clue led nicely into the next one so I never felt frustrated by a dead end. The length of the game is really impressive as well, so you’re definitely getting your money’s worth. The story was also engaging and cohesive and had just enough mystery to keep me on edge. It’s a little annoying to click through so many different scenes to get from one to the next since the game doesn’t use a map, but also it gives that feel of a man just walking through the woods by himself so I’m really not complaining that much. One detail I’ve always liked from these games is the narrators thoughts. They add a lot of life to the character and the thoughts are like mini hints to either stop searching and move on or keep doing something, which I find really helpful. And just as an added bonus the amazing art, music, and sound effects make the whole game that much more immersive and enjoyable to play. Overall this game is fantastic and as a self-certified point and click escape room game expert I recommend you get it.

A Cerebral Yet Engaging Experience!

This point and click game takes the genre to its most polished and captivating levels. With a slow burn cryptic storyline and breathtaking visuals and sound design, puzzles help further escape into a seemingly idyllic world. The game is well supported with optional clues and the puzzles are well balanced in terms of the difficulty. I rarely buy mobile games and I’m glad I took a gamble on this game. It follows on well from the free to play 1st part and the franchise, however the story ends, deserves to be celebrated! No regrets in this purchase!

my favourite games!!!!

the absolute best point and click games, atmosphere is amazing, and puzzles are perfectly challenging

Yesss!

Even better than ch 1

Incredible game, worth every penny!

Loved it,

Chapter one was okay. It was fun. Chapter two was awesome! Can’t wait for Chapter three!

Hands down the best iPad game I’ve ever played

Unbelievable quality and the perfect level of difficulty. I played for hours both chapter 1 and 2 and am desperate for more. I would genuinely pay $9.99 for each game instead of $3.99 I think it is absolutely worth it especially since its a game that doesn’t force you to pay money inside the game, just a one time purchase and I would pay it for a bunch more to come out.

Great game

Excellent and immersive game. Really nice puzzles and beautiful graphics. Keep them coming!

Fantastic puzzler

Own all their games now. Had to use a hint in three places (outhouse, chain link fence code, chicken). I think that’s pretty darn good actually. Some real out of the box thinking required. Only hiccup is the back button in the utility shed area actually doesn’t take you back to your prior location - it moves you to a new area (as if you stepped backwards, rather than “return to previous location”). Besides that confusing UX, brilliantly done again. 5/5 - recommend.

I play no other games

I can not say enough about how amazing these games are. Just straight up pieces of art work. I NEVER have games on my phone unless it is from you guys. Two man team!?! Amazing! I will look forward to part 3 whenever it comes out!

Great work!

Totally enjoyed doing Aurora Hills Chapter 2. Excellent story line, great puzzles and amazing visuals. Loved every bit of it and definitely looking forward to playing the next chapter. I definitely think this deserves a lot more recognition and appreciation. quite underrated. Highly recommend.

Nailed it again

Another phenomenal chapter! I love your games, keep up the great work. Hurry up and get ch 3 published.

Excellent

Great build quality and puzzles. Mystery story holds well, although the logging area was a bit humdrum. Following this developer for the next release.

Instant 5

Imagine if Frictional Games (Penumbra, Amnesia, SOMA) made point and click games. Thats what Novasoft does, and I’m 100% here for it. This was an instant purchase. I would easily pay $20 for this.

Love all your of your games

Graphics and concept are amazing. Wish you added games more frequently. I would buy every one. Definitely worth the purchase.

Worth the money!

I’ve been waiting for chapter 2 forever, but I was hesitant to pay for this as it seemed a bit pricey. I’m happy to say the length and impressive quality of the game made me feel like I got my money’s worth. This might be my favorite of the many escape room style games I’ve played.

Keep an eye on that creepy doll…she has at least one trick up her sleeve that caught me by surprise. I was hoping there was more to it, but at least it was a cool little secret.
