Don’t waste your money. Never get back to you

Upgraded to Pro and the product froze. No long term forecasts. Sent an email to support and the automated reply indicated deleting the app and reinstalling it should resolve most issues. This has not. Horrible customer service. Save your money

The worst customer service and app

For months I have been dealing with the creator of this app with no solution. In the beginning, it was no alerts at all. That changed. Now it’s daily. I get alerts that the Aurora is at a Kp 7. EVERYDAY! yesterday I received an alert twice within a 30 window of time. Don’t waste your money. It’s not worth the frustration. I paid for full access and would love to get my money back. I’d then delete the god damned app. DONT BOTHER!

I am very sorry you felt that the customer service was horrible, I did try my best over the course of several months to get your issue resolved and I do feel that most other app developer would not be as dedicated to fixing your issue as I was. I am sorry that I was unable to resolve your issue, your issue you were having was a unique issue that no other user was experiencing and that I could not replicate myself; you have to understand that is a very hard thing to fix. The only possible way to fix it would if you would be willing to send me your iPhone in the mail insured, then with it in hand I could run a debugger on it and get the issue totally fixed. I would even be willing to pay postage and insurance on your iPhone if you would be willing to do so. Let me know.

Crashing

Since I paid for the pro version of this app it keeps giving trouble. Would give faulty KP notifications and now i can’t use it at all, it keeps crashing.

Best app for hunting the aurora borealis

No other aurora forecast app compares to this one. Hands down the most accurate and fully featured one out there for hunting the northern lights.

Probably the best aurora forecast and aurora chasing app available, with a few minor hiccups.

This is the most fully featured aurora chasing app I have found on the App Store. Overall, the data is accurate and the app runs smoothly. I like the integrated cloud cover map, light pollution map, aurora webcams, guides that other aurora forecast apps don't have. The alerts work well.

Some minor annoyances: The app looks much better on my iPhone than it does on my iPad. On the iPad, somethings are a bit stretched. It's more of a nit pick than anything else, I'll take functionality over beauty any day of the week.

Overall, I highly recommend it.
