UX/UI updates to improve the game navigation buttons at the bottom of the screen and the light/dark mode experience. Also added an 'end game' summary when the player retires or loses the game. Added the more controls to the quantity functionality for buying, selling, and transferring goods. Fixed a bug to prevent the possibility that the pirate battle modal and price change modal could appear at the same time, causing the city port screen to freeze.
