Cumbersome

Always seems to be under maintenance. Confusing. Cumbersome to use at best. Little ability to move tokens on or off as well as expensive to use due to their affinity for Matic and Ethereum, both slow and expensive tokens to use. Looked to be a promising future and technology bridging blockchain and metals however I have little faith this will go anywhere at this point. Their initial tokens already have become obsolete and are either delisted or “not found” in wallets. Disappointed.

They messing up with exchange rates

They really messing up with exchange rates . Buying for example 100$ worth coins but receiving only 50 of them.. and saying about minimal fees . They working with kind of exchange company. They taking some fees but im not was expected to get half what im payd for..
