Does its job but could be so much better.
Not the greatest. Simple functionality but underwhelming given how much I paid for the dehumidifier.
App is good but could be great
You can remote control which is a good feature. BUT It would be amazing and would be a 4 star if they added a feature where it auto turns on when humidity reaches a preset level!!
How?
The app for the (fin) heater has limited instructions as to how its features actually work - the heater came with none too. When I contacted Ausclimate, despite asking specifics relating to the features and how to use them, I was given a poor reply. It also consistently disconnects from the network too.

A ok
Works well, I like the ability to schedule on and off plan for the week, using with the ecosmart pro heaters. Silent option on the ecosmart model great idea so no waking up to beeps.
Barebones
This app is _fine_. It does the essentials - pairs with the heater (which for me worked well), and I can control everything about the heater remotely. So far so good.
What’s missing for me:
- HomeKit/Matter integration
- SSO. Not too keen on using a proper email and password
- Dark mode. This looks like a new enough app not to have to fix a whole bunch of old stuff, so no excuse not to support it
- Widgets. Since this app supports multiple devices and has a house setup, widgets should be included to view status and to control things
Some interesting issues or limitations - for example, I have to go into settings to configure and toggle a timer, even though I can see the time left on the screen that has the temperature sliders. Should be a no-brainer to tap the tile to adjust
Schedule screen has some quirks too - shows “255” as max temperature. If you do programming you know exactly why, but it gives a very unpolished, lazy feel
Long story short, it’s functional but nothing more. There are usability and quality of life aspects that could be a lot better
