Great app, super useful
Misleading Advertising, Poor Support, and an Impractical Product
This business falsely advertises itself as Australian-made, but once you purchase, it becomes clear that this is misleading. Communication is abysmal, messages go unanswered, and any response consists of empty promises and consistently missed deadlines.
The setup process is unnecessarily complex, with no meaningful support from the company. After significant effort, I managed to get the printer working, but I am hesitant to make any changes or updates based on numerous reports that doing so renders the device unusable. The system itself is outdated and inefficient, I can only print one label at a time, making it completely impractical for high volume use. Additionally, it does not integrate directly with Australia Post, forcing me to manually screenshot labels and send them individually to the printer, adding unnecessary steps and frustration.
The company’s latest advertisement falsely claims that users can customize labels with logos, yet no such feature exists in the app. If there is another app required for this functionality, it was never provided at the time of purchase, further highlighting the company’s incompetence.
To make matters worse, obtaining a refund is deliberately made difficult, leaving customers stuck with a subpar product. I have purchased an amazing MUNBYN printer (highly recommended) I strongly suggest you do not waste your money on a AUSPRINT print.

Hopless support
Since updating the driver, my printer no longer works. After several weeks of back and forth emails so support (they can apparently only send one email to each customer a week based on my experience), they decided there was no resolution. It was because the new driver didn’t support my version of the printer, and there’s no way they could give me access to the previous driver.

Not good
App is clunky and interferes with printing when open. Needs a complete redo as it's not user friendly
Fast and hassle free
This label printer has been great. Easy to set up and a super fast printer. I used Dymo before which was fine, but much slower to print. This AusPrint printer has been a great replacement.
