Broken
Suddenly App started to reject my password for no reason so changed that on the site and still doesn’t work. Both the web site and App return messages that they fail. I know password os correct what’s the problem? All the apps are buggy and break all the time. If you are going to rely on them to send grades and keep parents informed at least develop applications that work.

Link to parent portal has been broke. For over a year. Fix it already!
Garbage
I’ve been trying to access my daughter’s report card all week. Error message says my profile is not associated with a student. I tried to submit a ticket, but you need student’s ID as part of the required information. There isn’t anywhere else to access the ID BUT the portal. The portal has been down for the last nine days.

Classic AISD
It used to work fine, but no longer. Just like AISD. One star for functionality. Five stars for accurately representing the district.

Keeps me in the know. Works fine. Wish we could access a little more here as it would be convenient but it works for intended purposes.
