Calendar doesn’t work
This app used to be great but is now useless. The one thing you want from this app no longer works. Trash pick up calendar no longer functions. Stuck on holidays. What else would you use the app for? It’s been months. Not fixed even after updates. Bring back the calendar so we can see if it’s a recycle pick up day!!! Ring back the text reminders for pick up!!!

Was fine until today, not shows wrong date
It’s march 16, but my app is showing the date as Memorial Day, May 25 2026. There’s no way for me to check whether tomorrow is a recycling day or not, which was all I used the app for

Love it!
I was able to schedule an appt for my tree limbs to be picked up. Super easy to work with and to top it off love the reminder about trash day.. I use to wait and just see what my neighbors all had out lol

I scheduled lumber pick up service thru this app. Very easy to use. And they did come to pick up the lumbers on the scheduled day. I love the smooth user experience via this app, save lots of time waiting online to talk to customer service. Very helpful and convenient!

Helpful in many ways
I use this app to remind me which days to put recycling out. Additionally, it has a great search feature about what to do with different discarded items - compost vs recycle vs trash. Never realized I was doing some of these wrong until I used the app. Also useful for setting up drop-off at the hazardous waste facility.

So much easier
I went to the City of Austin website as I regularly do to schedule a bulk trash pick up where I saw the notice of this new app. Besides being able to schedule pick up I found that I can also make appointments to drop off recyclable items that aren’t picked up curbside. Then if all that wasn’t making life easy enough I get a notice the day before trash day of which bins to put out. Absolutely stunned at how well this app works!!

I’m super impressed with this app - it does everything you want it to do, quickly, with no fuss. I sort of had low expectations because it’s a government app, but… it’s just really solid. Whoever made this… can you sort out the State & Federal government websites next please.

This app helps keep track of when recycling is due but much more. I like the notifications of when there will be a change in schedule due to holidays.

Voiceover accessibility is broken.
I first used this app several years ago. At that time, it worked well. Apparently there has been an update, because VoiceOver Access is now broken. I needed to change my address, and no edit field appears. I am using an iPhone 8, with all current iOS updates that this phone will allow.
