Inconsistent
Fun game when it’s not crashing or freezing. It has also started level over when it crashes. Sometimes the match levels will glitch and you can’t see what you’re doing.

Not ready for prime time! This game has more glitches and crashes more often than any other app or game I have ever downloaded. Now it is stuck on some informational screen with no way out and no way to even let my team know I am deleting the game.
Don’t bother
I’ve played a long time have my own team and now it’s glitched and can’t play anymore, the developers don’t care as long as you spend money .
Crashes
I decided to give this game a shot… so far it’s not bad but the crashing after level 200 is ridiculous I’ve done everything thats been told to trouble shoot and so far lasted 8 levels it’s really frustrating and when I try to attempt to do a chat to tell guess what it crashes I’ll attempt to delete and download again then I’m giving up. I’m glad didn’t bother using money on this game

Game is in control
Stingy with power ups. Preprogrammed outcomes allow plenty of wins early on. After what I’m sure is a preprogrammed point, hours of impossible to win games are presented. I’ll not play for days or weeks & will win a few. After enough of that, will likely delete game.

I first got to level 74 & then everytime I started that level, the app closed & it cost me a life
so, I uninstalled & reinstalled the app….they game decided to make me start again

I love this game and play it on the daily! It’s the best game on this app! I encourage anyone to download it and try it out for themselves! Now that I left a review let me get back to the game 😄
Terrible customer support
I have been playing this game for quite a while and really enjoy. Suddenly the game keeps crashing and I can’t stay in long enough to do anything. I have ensured my iPad is all update and the game. I have restarted my device and deleted and reinstalled the game. Nothing is working. The only way to reach customer support is on their website via the chat option. I have tried 3 times and NOBODY ever responds. I am mad because I paid for the Treasure Pass and I’m out that money. This game is fun if you can get it to work and if you can’t you are out of luck wish reaching customer support. Terrible!

Not happy too many bugs, please fix
This game was fun to start off with but unfortunately once reaching past level 50 it’s either freezes,stops playing,puts up a blank screen which you can’t play cause you’re playing blind so Take your pick on what is wrong with this game I suggest the programmers or whoever please look at this game very carefully and fix the mistakes I would’ve given it a five star but I think I’ll only give it a one star. I have deleted and reinstalled this game six times now so I don’t know what’s going on but I suggest as I say the game developers please fix it.

Love the Graphics
I just played this for a few minutes. It’s absolutely amazing!!! It reminds me of the little Seek & find games that are in Gardenscapes & Homescapes. Definitely worth it.
Good game
I love games by Playrix and have played them all until they got too hard so I moved on. It’s fun to have a new game from them. I like the adventure part. Anyway, I’ll play this one too until it gets too hard.
Update messed up game
I’m not sure what you did but the game suddenly shuts down, freezes or sometimes the playing field on a level is just gibberish and cannot be played. Please fix your fix! I really liked this game but it’s now very frustrating
Keeps Crashing
Was a great game but since this version and IOS update keeps crashing. Not just me others uses I know as well. No response from support who are extremely hard to contact,
Need help!
My game started crashing all of a sudden. Have tried all the troubleshooting tips. Can’t get a response from anyone on how to fix. Please help. I’m on iPad. All updates done and plenty of storage space. Loads for 10 seconds then crashes.

Fun but pricey
Playrix games are all awesome, but they all are money sinks. There is no way to get past the feeling that they are purposefully manipulating all the games so it’s impossible to progress without money being involved. This one is the worst. You don’t get daily booster for free, the only thing that recharges is lives. I have enjoyed and deleted all of their games and this one is gone first. I prefer games that recharge or have ads to watch as annoying as those are.

Greedy and money grabbing
As others have said. Too many levels where the game developers are trying to squeeze money from users through levels extremely difficult to complete without buying extra moves. Very hard to put any sort of winning run together. Thumbs down from me!
Played Austin since he was a PC game
Playrix makes my retirement fun. They have great story writers and graphic artists. The in game cost of Boosters pays for their talent. I play on an iPad Pro with a 12.9” screen which makes playing more fun.
I like the game but keeps freezing
Game is fun when it works but it keeps freezing that needs to be fixed
Frozen
It’s frozen. I cannot get past a certain area so I am unable to play the game. It’s a really fun game but it has a bug.
