Bad search options
Every time I try to search particular words in payment history, it never works. Very frustrating. Some banking options are only available from the website log on and not the mobile app. Not as good as my other bank’s app.
Terrible downturn from the previous excellent system
AMB staff confirmed to me today that the app is not compatible with iPad. The new app is in any case slow and clunky, and the idea that it can’t work on an iPad is utterly absurd. Come on AMB - get this fixed.
Average Banking App compared to others
This app feels clunky and sometimes just doesn’t work. Case in point today. Hasn’t worked all day. I’ll be closing accounts as soon as I can.
Too far behind the other bank apps
This app really needs an overhaul, it is horrendous to use. Slow and clunky to load anything, and always having to hard reset the app so i can login smoothly. Even clicking on a transaction, does not let me press the back arrow.
AMB APP
It’s hopeless. Slow, flaky and sometimes produces lots of error messages that require the phone to be turned off to try to get it working. When scrolling back through banking transaction history, the dates are not in chronological order. They start out chronologically but soon repeat dates etc. When I compare it to my service I receive from my NAB banking app, it doesn’t even come close. Please do something about this. It’s been this way for years.
