Aus Post -> Everyday Card: 5 out of 5 stars
I had sat on the fence about a card like this as I did not think any financial licensed holders understood segmentation from bank to cash. I find the Aus Post Everyday Card offers a nice Segway between bank and spend ability. It can be used to isolate funds for in person spending. Also allows for use of debit function online. But for me keeping this as solely a spend facility makes this a go to.

They make unilateral decisions about changing procedures. And then when you pointed out it takes weeks for the correction to occur. If you complain no contact comes
Great Help Centre
Talking to an actual person when seeking Help, was great. We quickly addressed two to three issues I was having, one was sent for further resolution and two were instantly resolved. The Customer Service Operator was professional, polite and efficient. Such a refreshing change from other banks and card services.

Excellent credit card
Easy to load and use. My preferred credit card to use for online purchases. Liked it better when you load different currencies.

OTP not working
One time password never arrives in my email making it impossible to login to manage or add money. Have called twice in 2 weeks each time being promised a call by tech team but no one calls. Very poor service.
OTP not working
They have completely destroyed this app since they removed the foreign currency. Every time you try to log in you are asked to provide an OTP which is sent by email. Most of the time the OTP is not sent, therefore you lose the ability to check your balance and purchases. If it does work then every time you try to log in it asks you again for an OTP. This basically makes the card useless.

The app is terrible!
The latest update has made it difficult to load money. The buttons are unresponsive and the app boots you out at random times.

Nothing works. Trying to load some money onto the card was a 3 hour nightmare of captchas that insisted I had the wrong letters, a blocked card and the most unhelpful robot in the world on the so called customer service line. Australia Post at this point are just taking the piss
Becareful with refunds on this card. You may never get your refund back. Don’t use this card online
I was suppose to get some refunds through PayPal in mid march & it never came through. Even showed on PayPal the refund went through to my EDAP card & it didn’t show up. I queried it with the customer service & they denied it. Customer Service is absolutely useless.

App does not open
The app needs to be opened multiple times before you can log in. This has been an issue since 3 updates ago. Also topups are a hit and miss.
Master card
Had initial problem with fixing security details until fortunately for me met someone who helped me. Now it is so user friendly and completely reliable. Will be using it for every time,
No saved password
It doesn't let you save your password and it has strange controls, meaning you can't use regular style passwords.

Mostly Good
Mostly good but the last two weeks have been having technical issues one of which I was locked out of my account with a telling me that the site under maintenance for five days and when I contacted customer service it took one hour to sort my issue and allow me access to my account once again. Again it is mostly good and very useful except when such arise and I have to spend an.extended time on the phone to resolve the issue.
