Terrible app
Unable to access app while overseas recently.
Never works
I have tried multiple times to use at different stores, banks, atms over France and Italy. Even in Singapore airport. It never worked. We called multiple times was not fixed.
Aus post travel card
The aus post travel card is honestly the easiest card to used! I highly recommend it!
Hopeless
Thought I would give it another chance as we are travelling soon. Once again error message on using Westpac card. Will apply for a different card and cut this one up. Unsure why I am bothering with a review no one contacted me last time
Worst travel card
Worst travel card you can use. Loaded money on to this card for use in the United States tried to pay for a hotel with it but for some reason was unable to pay. Investigated and realised they had decided to lock my card for “suspicious behaviour”after hours on the phone for multiple days they still refused to unlock my card. Worst customer service worst card stay as clear away as possible. So much frustration

Auspost travel card
Great travel card. Highly recommended.
Ease of use
Very easy to load up & use. Very easy to transfer between currencies. Safer than cash.
App keeps crashing
App works fine for a few days then keeps getting stuck on “forgot your password”. Have to delete app and reinstall to make it work. Annoying!
So painful to use
This card is the most painful part of our holiday! The app never works, I need to delete and redownload it every time I want to use it and it requires an sms text confirmation to upload the money - absolutely genius when you’re in another country and don’t want to pay a fortune for international roaming 🙄🙄

Best card in overseas
This card is the best
Exchange rate gouge
Compared to market rate on the currency exchange it cost me an additional 5%.
Useless card in Japan
Couldn’t use it for many purchases, couldn’t use it for Suica card, couldn’t use it for Apple Wallet in Yen, it got unexpectedly frozen by MasterCard, online support was useless and phone contact hopeless.
Difficult to balance.
I find the transactions details are not all loaded in a timely basis, although the balance is correct. And on the web the format, you need to go into every single transaction to get any detail, so again hard to balance and review easily.
Needs some enhancement
This app inexplicably presents a white screen with ‘Forgot Password’ when I open the app. No button to press, & haven’t even attempted sign in yet, it’s like it has a tantrum every few days. Very annoying as requires uninstall & re-set up each time - not great considering it’s financial & designed for overseas use.

If I don’t use the card for a few months I have problems logging on
Aust post Platinum travel Mastercard
I will never use this card again. The support is terrible and I was not called back prior to travelling overseas which meant I had to quickly find another card to take.
Unable to load my card
I am unable to load my card overseas despite notifying my bank.
App rarely works
I continually try to upload money. Keeps saying transaction cannot be processed. Tried different cards. Different apps/phones. Same issues. Very hot and miss. Mostly miss

Love this card. Easy to load money onto and so quick and easy to change currencies. We have been using it for a few years now.
