Too much racing content
There is a trend to more and more racing content and less of everything else. I’ve been subscribing for years and becoming less inclined to continue.
Low effort layout / design
The content is great but there is very little effort by the developers to match the quality of design of the print publication. Inconsistencies in typography are jarring. Use of bold serif for body copy is an unforgivable sin, as are the tiny low res images (lazily centred in the middle of the page) on an HD iPad. The app could have so much potential with a bit of investment. Readers and advertisers deserve better.

Subscription current, no access
I waited a day. I’ve lost access. Paying but no access? Please fix my subscription?
App update
Updated the app and now I can’t login and the forgot password function does nothing.
Result = can’t read the issues I’ve already paid for.

Terrible experience
Never encountered such a bad app. Now it is crashing and no way to access purchased magazines or buy new ones!
