Crashes Upon Opening
App worked fine until recently - not sure if it was an app update or iOS 17 update, but it’s not working on iPhone or tablet at this time, even after device resets and fresh installs.

Where to even start with this app? The images in the provisioning emails their system sends don’t load. The QR code can’t be scanned by the app. Their endpoints have expired TLS certificates. Once you finally provision the app, it dumps a badge on the icon with ‘99’ for some ungodly reason. Codes need to be manually advanced even though the app knows whether you’ve used them.
Dump this pile of trash. These are all unforgivable for something that claims to be a security system, there’s probably much worse under the covers.
