FAQ

What does this authenticator app do?

This app provides secure two-factor authentication (2FA) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) for over 1000 popular online accounts. It generates Time-based One-time Passwords (TOTP) to significantly increase login security by requiring a second verification step beyond just a password.

How do I set up an account for authentication?

You can easily set up accounts by scanning a QR code provided by the service you wish to authenticate, or by manually entering a secret key. This process is designed to be quick and hassle-free for secure registration.

Is this app free to use?

The app is free to download and use for its core functionality of generating authentication codes. It offers in-app purchases, which may unlock additional features or services, but the essential security features are available without cost.

Is my data safe with this app?

Yes, the app is designed to be super safe and secure. It has no data exchange with the internet, meaning your authentication codes and related information are only accessible to you. It also offers a secure encrypted backup option.

Can I access my codes on other devices?

The app supports secure encrypted backups, allowing you to restore your authentication codes if you lose your device or switch to a new one. This ensures you maintain access to your secured accounts across different devices.
